Loved loved loved this place. The Dr and the staff are amazing. And it was not only me that loved it but my dog Horus thought it was pretty Great also. They a.made over him and he felt like a king!! Horus was a little under the weather and I got right in and had Horus taken care of. There was not rushing and they didn't make you feel like you needed to hurry up and get it all out before they walked out the door. And believe you me, I have been to alot of Vets in this town and this was nothing like what I have experienced before. They all took the time to make myself and my special buddy feel like it was important to get it right the first time. I so appreciate the service, care and love that we experienced!! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!!

My husband took our dog for a heartworm test and got preventative medication for him. Then I received petco notification that we could order refills already. On a usual grocery trip to Sam’s club, we thought we would like to try Sam’s pharmacy to refill the heartworm pills. We left the pharmacy lady with the prescription on the heartworm medication box, she said she would call vecto. Later in the afternoon, I picked up a call from an angry technician lady from vetco, accusing my husband for impersonating a doctor and gave us a firm warning. We were astonished and wondering where this came from.. If you have miscommunication with Sam’s pharmacist, it would be professional to communicate with the pet owner. And it is NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS when I decide to refill the prescriptions: Petco reminded me about my refill and their Vetco technician accused me from refilling too early! Will never go back to their business again!

Everyone here is always friendly and helpful. The doctors and nurses are very knowledgeable which makes stressful situations easier to deal with.

Called to get a quote on spaying a kitten and the lady on the phone kept saying I had to have a consultation first before she can even give me a ballpark. So they’re asking me to pay for an estimate basically which seems like a scam, I get not being able to say an exact price but not even a ballpark is kinda wild. Why would I waste my time and money to have a consultation when I have no idea if they’re going to be fair or outrageous on price.. seems like they just want your money.

Took my dog for "REQUIRED bloodwork" on Friday. Clinic said they would approve my medication request through Chewy that day. Got an email on Monday saying the bloodwork was good. Clinic STILL hasn't approved my medication, and I am required to wait until at LEAST Thursday to get this approved. They have no way to get it approved through the company. I would not recommend taking your pet here. They don't care about your pet, just your money.

Today I had to rush my little baby Piper in to see Krissy and the dr. She was stung by a bee and we weren't really sure. She was starting to go into shock. They treated her immediately. I won't take our fur kids anywhere else. They receive the best care and the cost isn't that bad. Thank you so much for saving our baby girl. Piper is doing much better tonight.

I have been taking my dog here for a few years. Ever since her injury I have had nothing but issues getting her prescriptions filled. I work at a Walgreens and all I have wanted is the Gabapentin to be sent there for refills. I have to call and call and call.
The pharmacy cannot get through. They say they will call it in right away. Well I requested a refill last Monday. It’s now Wednesday the following week and I still do not have my filled prescription. They give her a 90 count and she is allotted 6 a day. That’s a 15 day supply that I stretch to 30. This is an enormous inconvenience. I go through this every single month. I will be finding her a new Vet immediately. I would like to add that I have called 6 times today and no one has answered. I keep being disconnected after letting it ring 25 times. I’m done.

They changed me 76.00 fee that nobody told me about so My Nova received her rabies shot I was told it would cost 43.00 very deceiving 119.47 was total be very careful when dealing with these people very upset money I needed ?

They have a 10 minute late policy and they will make you reschedule. I respect their time and understand, but they should tell you when you’re scheduling your appointment.
They had me reschedule my appointment to an earlier time 3:45. I was so grateful I was able to get 2 hours off from work and drove a long way to get there. I was late, not 15m late as they declared to me after making me wait 15m. I asked if they would honor my original appointment at 5, they refused.
I just moved to Denver for a new job and need vaccinations for my dog to get day care while I’m at work. Getting time off work to reschedule is not a small thing.
I will no longer give any business to this soulless, inconsiderate, corporate outlet.

I unfortunately had a terrible experience here. First, they refused to honor the free exam visit for first time guests. I was asked to come back TWICE because the first time they were understaffed (waited over an hour before being asked to reschedule) and the second time they were out of the routine shots my dog needed. The vet is rude and the staff is wildly unhelpful. I cannot stress enough how inefficient this place is and how little the staff respects their patients’ time. They boast about being an “affordable option” but cost just as much as the boutique vet offices in town. Would not recommend as I’ve now been 3 times and each time is more unpleasant than the last.
