Both Dina and Josh helped me pick out the vacuum that met my needs, and my budget. I never felt any pressure to buy any particular machine, or any attempt to sell me a vacuum that cost more than I initially said I was looking to spend. They just explained the features of the different models, and asked questions about how I would be using it, like hardwood floors or carpet. Very professional, and very happy with my purchase.

These guys know vacuums. They sell high end machines that work REALLY well. The gal who works there is really friendly and isn't a pushy saleswoman. But gives you your options and let's you decide with sound advice. You'd be horrified to know that your vacuum purchased at a big box store isn't cleaning even half as well as their machines. Took home a lower end model Raccar vacuum. My carpet has never looked or felt so clean! Wonderful service too. The gal spent quite a bit of time with me. Very pleasant experience.

My mother in law turned me onto them 10 years ago and I’ve been coming ever since. Great customer service and quick repair turn around. I’ve purchased 2 vacuums here, Oreck and a Riccar. Absolutely love them both. Dena knows her stuff. With so many vacuum options out there, trust that she’ll get you a top notch vacuum at a good price.
