15 days waiting for a package that appeared to be delivered, then it appeared delivered, I never received it, I go to talk to them, they get angry and say it's not their problem, they can't do anything, very bad service!!

Tried to ask four different times to have my lock changed on my mailbox and finally two and a half months later it got changed and I got keys to my mailbox. But now for some reason the mailman is not delivering my mail to my apartment. He keeps putting these slips in there like it's vacant knowing that it's not vacant and keeping my mail or something. I don't know where any of my mail is. This post office is horrible just like all other post offices.

I had thought it's the wild harvest issue that I have mails or packages lost or delayed each time using them or the carrier who pick up stuff from wild harvest. Later wild harvest told me that it's this location picking up all the stuff at their places. I don't know why mails always run into issues with this location after they delivered to Denver USPS distribution center. Do they deliver to different people or places to try to steal from those packages? I don't have such issues when using the Arvada downtown post office which has different carriers and truck sent to same Denver distribution center. What's going on???The manager at the location looks nice, but she told me that the Denver USPS distribution center is not cooperative when she investigated my package supposedly arriving by 23rd but still stuck in Denver now. She told me that she would escalate the issue on 26th, but till now nothing happened and nobody replied my emails. What kind of service? USPS should be closed without using tax payers money, only private companies to compete with better customer service.

The tracking number said package delivered and left the key only to find some ones package and not my package.a ticket was created and they closed to ticket without any adequate follow up not resolving the issues. Not a reliable service for your time ,money or package.

Have important stuff coming from the FAA that has already been sent back twice because they "couldn't find the adress" even though I've gotten plenty of mail here before. The other post office I went to was way more helpful and willing to help me get my mail we realized I was at the wrong office and came up here where I was told they couldn't even though the other office was more than willing to help which makes me think they were lying to my face.

There really should be ZERO star rating. I send a priority envelope to arrive 3 days ago and NOTHING.This office is horrible and mismanaged!!!GO TO ANOTHER POST OFFICE!!!ALSO MAKE SURE THE COUNTER AGENT PUT YOUR PRIORITY MAIL IN THE CORRECT LOCATION!!!The tracking number shows it is still at their location. Please close this location or at the very least get more attentive employees and management!!!!And thank you for making my rent late!!!!!! This location is a perfect example of how dysfunction our government is!!

I’ve been here probably 10 times and avoid going to other offices bc I like this one so much. They are kind, quick/manage their line really well. The space is clean and pretty well stocked with packaging materials. They have drop offs you can get to without having to wait in line.

Had a package out for delivery that was irreplaceable. Package marked as out for delivery, but when the mail was left there was no package. I live closer to the store, so went in to see what they could do. Dawn was helping me and reassured me that the driver had the package and might have been missed it. I was a little frustrated at the time, thinking I would have to wait until the following day (which I would not be in town). Sure enough the package got delivered a few hours later!!! I want to thank Dawn and the driver for making this happen. Thank you!

Put in an incredibly important document to get overnighted. Mentioned a guarantee that it will get there the next day. Did not show up the next day by 6PM or any other time, so I went back to see where it was. Tracking had it only as brought in as an intake, and 2 minutes later at the origin facility---with no movement shown at all in the system. Nothing else. I brought the tracking code in, and asked when it was. They checked in the back, didn't see it, came up front, said that they had no idea and literally shrugged. They didn't reach out to anyone else. Didn't bother to try and ask where else in the system was, and only said, "Oh, well, they have until 6PM to deliver it." When I mentioned that it was already passed 6PM in PA where it was supposed to be delivered, they just repeated, "Oh, well, it will get delivered at some point and you can get the refund then." Completely missing the entire point. When I mentioned that the package should have been scanned multiple times within the system, and not just at the drop off, one person said yes and another said no. Here's a hint---the answer is yes, it would have been---a buddy has run UPS facilities for the last decade, and both of them operate the same way---which would be scanning at each facility point. So they then reverted back to, "Well, we have no idea where it is. Sorry." Again, reiterating, they tried absolutely zero troubleshooting on it---and I have had people actually do this exact troubleshooting in the past to find packages within the system. People don't overnight stuff for fun.They do it because they need it there and need it in a hurry. And they could not have been more casual or dismissive about any of this. The customer service here was beyond atrocious.

Had a certified letter (check) mailed to my old address (between addresses). I did a resend request to have it returned to sender. Now, two weeks later, there's still no movement. Nobody ever answers the line at this post office too. Ridiculously frustrating.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Horrible customer service no one answers the phone. Mail carrier smokes in mail truck!!!!! Moved twice and had nothing but issues getting mail at new location, even when senders send it to my new address!!!!

I have lived in 30 states in my 42 years. I have lived in countless towns and communities, both large and small.I have lived in Los Angeles, Ca, and I've lived in Lawrence, Ks.And in no place have I lived with a worse USPS than in Arvada, Co.It is literally a crap shoot whether you will see your mail at all. Ever.It is ROUTINE to have packages sent back THREE TIMES from the Arvada post office because the carrier is lazy.I've never seen anything like it. One of them SOLD A F!!CKING ARROW KEY during the Pandemic and thus put at risk every parcel box in the county.Another had a literal mental breakdown on the job and the police were called.One is now flat refusing to DO THEIR JOB without posting on Tik-Tok about all the, um, WORK *gasp* they have to do AT THEIR JOB."Rain or shine?" HA! Try, "If you're very lucky."In case anything about the included photos is unclear, pay special attention to the time intervals. In one case, the carrier picked up the parcels from distribution and then was able to determine within *40 minutes* (I suppose via remote viewing)that they were "undeliverable."

They had my package since 2 am but gonna notify me 5 mins before they close at 5:30 pm they couldn't deliver my package and it's there for pick up sloppy slow work
