The staff here has always been nice to me, quick to do our deposits and change orders, and has never made a mistake. It's easy to get to this branch because it's on a corner, too.

Business account with US bank for 25+ years. Finally had enough nonsense, we will be switching to Key bank. Always a long wait, never get back to you when they say they will, almost every time I go here there is an issue. As a formal teller, I'm not sure what their excuse is. Get it together. I will say the location in Golden is pretty decent.

I hate this bank. All. Literally all the other US banks are better than this one. Literally every time I’m here, there’s some sort of issue. All the other banks don’t give me an issue like this one. Save yourself the stress and hate and go somewhere else.

Too slow. Never enough help. Just watched an employee come out of an empty office, look at the line and walk around but not open a new line. Drive thru is a joke so I always come in to the lobby. I hate that my employer banks here. I would NEVER bank here personally. Faster for me to drive to a different branch 15 minutes away, then this one that is so near my job

Absolute garbage bank. Expect them to take forever to process anything. Only choose if you love waiting on pending money at almost twice the time of other banks. I've had this bank for years and I'm finally getting around to switching. Can't take their delays anymore. Barely competent banking for sure. Choose anything else. Online banks tend to have better offers anyway.

This bank is absolute garbage. So sick of the delay for pending deposits. It's always U.S. Bank holding up the transactions for approval and the best answer you ever get is "probably tomorrow". I'm always stuck without my funds waiting for US bank (in the year 2023) waiting for their ancient approval system to make the funds available. This is the final straw being financially stranded waiting on them. I've used this bank for years but I'm finding a new bank ASAP. Use any other bank. Keeping money under a mattress would be better than using this bank, at least you would have your money on time. Why does it take US Bank twice the time of almost any other bank to process a transaction and make funds available? Sick of an entire day going to crap just because the bank drags its feet processing my own money. Time to kick US Bank to the curb and I encourage all others to do the same unless you like your money being held hostage. Try an online bank as they typically can offer better perks than a physical bank and I'm confident ANY bank beats USB in terms of transaction approval.

by far the WORST customer service I've ever had!!! If I could give it no stars I would! Every time I've been in the bank they are rude, worried about someone else & gives in correct info.... I will be changing my acct to another banking institute

June 24, 2019--Opened a business account, without any KNOWN transactions pending on the accountJuly 1, 2019---Charge for $50August 1, 2019---Charge for $10Both transactions charged me be overdraft fees of $36 (One fee of $10 was reimbursed); I later find out I was billed for a card reader that I did not authorize to have at all, I inquired about one but I DID NOT AUTHORIZE anyone to receive one. I did receive a card reader and did all of the steps to return it to the bank that BLINDLY sent it to my house--this is where the charges originated on my account. I did all of the calling to make my account normal again and still NO REFUND for the 1st transaction, the $50. I gave them adequate time, after I returned the card reader---a month ago. I have checked my account for OVER a month to see if the $50 was returned, but no luck. I then called on Saturday (21 September 2019) and had to immediately wait for 15 minutes to be hung up on by the operator. I returned the call immediately afterwards and explained the situation, the operator then explained that the branch manager, MARQUIS DAVIS would give me a phone call today---no phone call was made on his end. I called back today at approximately 4:30pm and another operator informed me that he (MARQUIS DAVIS) would call me back---nothing again. BE CAREFUL OF THIS PARTICULAR BRANCH, BECAUSE I AM SURE THAT I AM NOT THE 1ST--I will find a new bank for my business transactions!!! Thanks for taking care of your fellow Veteran!!

very bad service for everything at the us bank . i wish i can give them 0 star . i did deposit my pay check at atm and they hold my check for one week . very terrible bank service .

3 out of 3 times now I've deposited a check and the teller has put it into the wrong account. Each time I've explicitly stated which account I want the deposit in and yet I get the receipt only to see it was put into the wrong account.

Awful. No live person to answer the phone. Hours of operation don’t indicate if drive thru or branch is open. Total waste of time.

I've been here like five times. Always have a bad experience. Terrible wait times. Long lines. Terrible help. You name it. Update. Takes over 20 minutes to get a withdrawal. Even when you're first in line
