When I walked into the location off 52nd, store number 2024. My SO and I were respectfully greeted by a young woman named RAIN. She was not only kind and respectful but she jumped right in and knew exactly how to help us. Assisting in taping both packages together with out hesitation. She also assisted in finding the information needed to pull up my shipping label information from my ebay act. The whole interaction was very professional, she was calm, spoke respectfully and was helpful. She is and will be the reason I use this location for future mailing/shipping services!
Ps. I went back into the store to tell her thank you for going above and beyond and making the whole experience easy and enjoyable!

I walked in at 3:40pm on 7/20 with a bag of 5 items to have boxed and shipped. I didn't think it would take too long, and I didn't want to deal with USPS, so I stopped by this location. The girl at the front desk asked how she could help me, and I asked if they'd be able to box it up and ship it out for me. I was told "Well, it's 20 minutes to close and I already closed the register, so we aren't ringing anything new up. You'll have to come back tomorrow."
I get wanting to get out of work and enjoy your evening, but to deny a service you offer 20 MINUTES BEFORE YOU CLOSE is wild to me. Extremely disappointed and will likely go to a more competent place of business in the future.

Woman was super rude. Whole team was having a meeting in the back and nobody was helping the ever growing line. Then one of the women came out and was rude to every customer she talked to and talk down to them.

I'm disappointed. I called 3 weeks ago and got a quote for what it would be to ship something and when I came in the wait was even less than what was quoted for, but I was charged basically $30 more then originally told. If your people can't give a reasonable accurate response they have no business being there so make sure if you call there make sure that you get some kind of binding agreement that they're going to hold within a few dollars not 30

I just had the worst experience at this UPS Store. I had made an appointment for the notary, and when I arrived on time, the UPS Store employee informed me that the notary public was not there and she did not know when or if he/she would arrive. I told her that I had an appointment, and then she was quite rude. I don’t know if the management knows about the unprofessionalism of their employees, or just doesn’t care. Either way, I won’t be back to this store.

Every visit, every time! It doesn't seem to matter who is working and on what day, they are all quick and friendly. I don't know the manager but kudos for having a superb team and please treat them well!
