Paid an absurd amount of money to have this boxed and shipped, and I instructed the person at the counter to fill with packing peanuts, with their confirmation. Never had an issue at UPS stores in the past butI should have watched to see it being closed up because this is how the box arrived with absolute no packing peanuts or protective material included. It was an adjustable box, and it looks like they didn’t even try to make it the smallest possible size to reduce the empty space. This was for a Christmas gift that seems to have incurred some damage, so now the recipient has to go through the hassle of claims and might not have an in-tact gift in time for the holiday. I paid the price for a professional packing but received shockingly amateur services.

The young people that work here are phenomenal! They are so helpful and always in a good mood. They have always seemed very interested in helping and not selling which is always very important to me!A manager stepped in one day unnecessarily and she was not as pleasant to deal with. But I had to come commend the young people that work here!

NO PASSPORT PHOTOS. We drove all the way up here with our newborn for photos only to be told they don’t do them and can’t change the website to reflect that.

The guy with the earring who works here is the man. Small things, but having tape, taping boxes, and attaching a shipping label just make life so much less stressful when we show up slightly underprepared. He also has helped my wife find the best way to ship items. Can’t take these things for granted anymore, really appreciate when employees actually want to help the customer.

The manager Kristin was incredible to work with. I went in and had gotten envelopes to ship a package. The gentleman helping me was very polite and was trying to help save me money and I sent it through standard shipping not knowing it wouldn’t be tracked. I get home found out I couldn’t track it and my husband was so upset because it had my passport and marriage license. So then it made me so paranoid. I emailed the store Kristin got back to me the next morning and still had my packages and then another nice associate helped me get it changed to tracking.Kristin was quick to respond, solve and fix the problem. Something I felt defeated on and assumed there would of been nothing to do but she saves the day and my sanity! All the employees were great. I just had no idea what I was doing or how it worked. Lesson we learned in my part!

Owner closed early and wouldn’t accept a package that was already labeled. Had to drive to a different drop off location. Super annoying.

Terrible UPS store. Make the extra drive to another store. I have been here twice, and had the same young woman help me. Both times were difficult. So many extra charges. She encouraged me to buy extremely overpriced office supplies to avoid fees. This does not happen at other UPS Stores!!!

There is never a fully trained staff member in the store. There's never a manager in the store. You are given prices that are different everyday due to lack of up training. When I asked when the manager would be in just so I could discuss it with them I was told not this week. It's Tuesday. Unacceptable.

I was charged $150 for Packaging an item for return. Granted, the item was an electric snow blower but $150 is still incredibly excessive!I could have bought a box and bubble wrap from Home Depot for less than $20 and packaged it myself. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the whole $150 fee was for packaging until the next day…I thought at least a $110 of it was the shipping fee but when I was putting the receipt away the next day I saw it was ALL the packaging fee.

Nice people here, this store offer UPS drop-off, shipping, shedding, copy, printing, faxing, Amazon returns, USPS no receipts drop-off, mailbox, and selling packaging and office supplies. Highly recommend!
