“YOU ROCK .. I was trying to get the window on my back hatch to close when a wonderful, helpful man came to my rescue. Grabbed his tools and a flash light and went to work to help me. After doing everything that would normally work, he got his phone out and used google and fixed the lock so my window would close. I would have been stranded in the dark, miles from home, if he hadn't helped me. This world needs more people just like him. I can't thank you enough, Octavio, for going above and beyond.
