Very helpful guy. Answered all my questions and more. Told me the way truck rental works, what trucks they have and the best time to get one.

Trucks are dirty, tires flat, and they're expensive to rent. Never again

We bought a bathtub and the remodel took longer than expected. When it was time to install the tub we realized that is was the wrong handed. It was over a year old. We returned it to the store and the store manager went above and beyond. We got a store credit which was more than we paid (the price went up over the year). Couldn't be happier with the customer service we received. Even the customer service representative was helpful and did everything they could to try to return it before calling the store manager.

BEWARE. Do not use Home Depot for your kitchen remodel. They subcontracted everything and when I finally got someone higher up to come out to look at the work they agreed it was bad but did nothing to make it right. Poor communication through the entire process and I still can't get anyone to call me back.

Pretty awkward. The app said 3 of my item were in stock. I went to the store to get it. (After searching available in store items) and could not find one. The associate said. We have 3 but only for online order. D'oh! I couldn't just buy it by being there. Do I ordered it online for pickup today.... They called me and said they didn't actually have any of them and no nearby stores had any after I asked them to check. Went to Ace. Had it in stock, on the shelf and $50 cheaper. Just saying. Ace is the place.

I shop a lot at several home depot stores and this one is absolutely the worst. There is never a person to help when you need it (they will practically run away if you walk toward them to ask for help) and if you call on the telephone they are rude and unhelpful. Obviously, management cares NOTHING about customer service. I will never walk into that store again.

This place was packed at noon on a Wednesday, probably the busiest Home Depot I've ever been inside.Paradise City by Guns N' Roses was playing over the loud speaker, found myself wishing I'd brought my noise canceling AirPods but that's okay, I'll push through.Lots of people rushing by, seemingly in a huge hurry... I'm not in work boots but I highly recommend closed toe shoes with all these giant carts rushing by. Lunch hour supply pickups? Wrong footwear: I'm in sandals because it's a beautiful Colorado day. It's a vibe in there, not my vibe but definitely a vibe. I'm clearly not the target audience and that's okay. We did manage to find all the things for a few home improvement projects needed.

Warning: Do not purchase appliances here We purchased a dishwasher for install. Installers arrived, removed dishwasher (leaving hot water line turned off and taking cap from disposal causing it to overflow water under the cabinet), they then opened the new washer on the truck and notice someone hit it a few times with a baseball bat or something and then TAPED it up...literally TAPED. They show my husband and go away...taking our old machine with them. Husband calls and finds out replacement will take over one month to arrive. Solution was awful and customer service was unpolished to say the least. The person my husband spoke to told him she had to live in an apartment and do her dishes by hand... not helpful after paying a grand for a dishwasher and our home being left in the state it was. Michael the middle manager intercepted my call to the store manager and assures me he would get this taken care of ... he hands this off to a Katie who sighs like a teenager when talking to me - completely unsympathetic ..."What do you want!?" is the basic feel of how that went. ... our hot water was off - so we have to boil water to hand wash our dishes - we are looking at this status for a month - the garbage disposal was spewing water all over the floor, clothes cannot be washed for a month too...and I am being treated like I am a nuissance. Fast forward one day and coincidentally my friend posts on facebook a similar issue she is experiencing with a home depot purchase (her dryer) holy cow! Is this how they function? Our dishwasher order was cancelled. Current status: Money has not yet been returned. I would recommend not purchasing appliances from Home Depot. Best buy will price match anything we've found out since. Julie B

As an average home owner, I've spent probably ~$1,500 renting trucks and larger lawn/renovating tools from here over the past couple of years. Never had a horrible experience, but have also definitely never had an amazing experience. If you need to rent, this location is totally "fine."Pros:• They have tools. Renting is definitely cheaper for me with the random projects that I take on.• Their prices are fairly reasonable. You can find most tools cheaper other places, but the convenience that they provide makes it worth it.Cons:• Staff at the counter are curt to the point of seaming annoyed. I don't expect boisterous greetings or anything like that, but it doesn't feel great to receive only sighs and rolled eyes to basic questions.• the truck rental is really hit or miss. It seems like they're always short on the flatbeds and trucks (which I also have to rent for both pick up and drop off of large tools because I own a smaller car).Honestly, I'm mostly writing this review because I recently had to rent from a different Home Depot (on Colfax) and had an absolute 5 star experience and it made me realize I'd never quite had that at this location even after ~20+ rentals.

I just did a review on Home Depots junk they have in the stores and one expensive item, which I couldn't inspect before buying was kitchen cabinets. They're the Hamptons and they don't come with the corner bracket to fasten to the counter top! Hahahaha what an complete and utter joke!

I was here this morning and the employee with the colored hair used gender neutral pronouns for me, which I really appreciated. I thanked them for doing so and they said they just try to be respectful, nothing special. I thought that was awesome and it made my morning! Also the other employee recommended a tool to me that made a lot of sense for my project. They ensured I had what I needed. Overall a great experience at this tool rental department.

Worst run Home Depot store I have ever been in. Unfortunately it is also the closest to out house so I have been there a lot. If you want a cart of any kind, you better find one in the parking lot because they never have anyone bring them in for their customers. Hell, even wal mart does that! Yet today I counted 32 carts inside, filled with stuff their employees had piled in them. These carts block the isles. One isle had 9 half full carts lined up on one side. You could not access anything on that side of the isle without moving the carts. I spoke to the manager. He said he had just walked the store and was happy with the state of the store. I will never be back to this store

Very easy to rent and the Home Depot app has video tutorials on the equipment.
