This place is amazing. My dog tore her ACL a few years ago and was laboring to even hold herself up after surgery. They were very patient with us, and my dog's anxiety around people. My dog didn't let anyone touch her and still doesn't till this day lol. However they were able to give me clear and specific instructions to help her get back to her normal self. She's back on the mountain going multiple mile hikes and kicking butt!! We still go till this day for the water treadmill, and I tell all my friends and family about them!

I’m not the type to go out of my way to commend a business for doing what they’re supposed to do - but in this day and age, many don’t, and it’s on my heart to shout from the rooftops how AMAZING the K9 Bodyshop is. Ms. Jane and the team care, they put their heart and soul into their work and are just PHENOMENAL in how they deal with their patients. Our pup is very special needs - blind, overweight after steroids did a number on him, and when he started working with them, could barely stand up. He has since lost 10 lbs., rebuilt his leg muscles, and we’ve witnessed a complete turnaround in his quality of life. I trust them completely and couldn’t recommend them strongly enough.

My dog was hit by a car and suffered a brachial plexus injury, she has been coming here for PT and I love it! (I think she loves it too)She has healed so much already over the past month, because of them, the water treadmill, pool, and home instructions. They are very knowledgeable and kind and always answer my questions

DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE IF IT IS GOING THROUGH POST OP IVDD PHYSICAL THERAPY. THEY HAVE NO IDEA HOW TO HELP A DOWN DOG WHATSOEVER. We took our dog two weeks after his surgery as he needed INTENSIVE therapy- however during our consultation with Eling- she just looked at our dog and said aLOT of “ummms” and “well…”, gave zero treatment plan, just let him swim freely in pool with zero guidance as to why we were doing this or referrals out (which he desperately needed: acupuncture, color laser, etc) she told me lasers are not helpful. ultimately they had us WASTE PRECIOUS AND VALUABLE HEALING TIME IN ORDER FOR OUR DOG TO EVER HAVE A CHANCE OF WALKING AGAIN. Due to their lack of knowledge, care, and unethical practices of dogs with ivvd, he lost his chances. The least they could have done was refer out to an organization that has Veterinarians on site to get the proper care he needed. Not blank stares and ummmms

Tycho, my goldendoodle puppy, had a great time going to swim lessons at the K9 Body Shop. He wasn't injured, but I wanted him to learn how to swim in a safe and positive environment. Lily, one of the dog rehabilitation specialists, went in the water with us and helped Tycho perfect his form. While Tycho was somewhat apprehensive about going in the water at first, he quickly built up his confidence. Lily even had a special squeaker toy that brought out Tycho's retriever instincts. He's definitely a water dog now!

Such a great experience with K9 Body Shop. We'd been trying to get a diagnosis for my pup for months to no avail -- Chelsea diagnosed it within 30 minutes and had a plan ready for us to get her feeling better. There's also great about helping clients make sure they get reimbursed through insurance. Highly recommend!

My boy Monster has been coming for a few weeks, and we have such a wonderful experience! Chelsea has been so patient and helpful, and Monster feels like a rockstar when we come. We will be coming for many years!

I have been bringing my 2 dogs here weekly for about a month. I am very impressed by the skill and thoroughness of their PT, Jane. She is very professional, conscientious and talented. The dogs are so happy to come in to the shop and they are noticeably happier, less stuff and painful and bouncier for days afterward. Both pups have a history of TPLO surgeries and back pain that limits their activity level. They are playful pups and we started PT to bring back their joy and playfulness so that they can keep being active and happy as they age. We've been very impressed with the K9 Body Shop and recommend them highly

This place is amazing! Everyone is very kind and you can tell they love what they do. We have a young Golden Retriever who has a spinal cord injury and would drag her left hind leg. She could barely walk. She has been coming here for a few years now and is doing amazing. She walks well and even runs. We also came here for PT after or other dog had TPLO surgery. She was able to build some much needed strength in her hind end. Great for older dogs as well, to keep their back ends strong.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. My dog had TPLO surgery back in November and we’ve been doing weekly therapy sessions for about a month now. Chelsea, is absolutely wonderful. From my first visit with her to our weekly visits now - she is always there to help and answer any questions. She gave us a ton of great exercises to do at home. She’s answered all of my concerns with direction, empathy, and complete understanding. If you’re wondering about taking your dog to physical therapy, this is place to take them.

Folks be very, very, very careful with this place your dog will be injured here! incompetent & uncaring staff their pool does not have a ramp, so it's not really a therapeutic pool I took my 3 dogs there, one of them being a tripod because he is a cancer survivor and they left completely terrified and traumatized. when I asked the attendant, if they had a pool ramp she brings me a ramp for a car and just drops it in front of me does not offer assistance so then I proceeded to do it on my own and try to put the ramp into the pool when she notifies me that its a ramp for a car! folks why would she be bringing me a ramp for a car if she sees me in waders and in the pool ! very bizarre behavior i left this place reeling ! the staff here is just uncaring & unattentive they don't greet you by your name when you walk in they don't ask if you are first time customer. when I walked in the door for the first time being my first day, they just basically told me it's do it yourself here, and offer no assistance. then when I asked for a refund, the owner tells me that she cannot refund my credit card. She has to send a check to my home which is pretty sketchy because I don't want anyone in this organization to know my address. I honestly think that this owners license needs to be investigated and may be revoked because their practices are very harmful and very disregarding of the customer. If my dogs did not get injured here, somebody else as will. You basically walk in and everybody's just sitting around drinking coffee and gossiping. The front desk person never even looked at me or asked if I needed anything nor greeted my dogs. This is a place for canines right? Does not feel like it at all. It was a complete shit show, and hell hole here. beware!!!!

Definitely recommend this place! Reasonable prices and did great with my baby Kilo after surgery on both knees, he is now back to running and doing all the fun things pain free! You can tell they really care, after months of him completing his therapy and they still call to see how he is doing!

We've been coming here for almost a year now, everyone on staff is great. They're all very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. We've worked primarily with Chelsea but have had the pleasure of working with other team members in Chelsea's absence.Highly recommend them 8 days a week!
