My experience with The Attic has been nothing but wonderful and Positive. Debbie and Jamie are such a joy to get to know and rent from. I can't say enough positive things about their professionalism and kindness throughout my entire time renting with them. I highly recommend using this establishment for your rental needs, you will feel safe and comfortable, knowing that your personal items will always be protected.

I can’t express enough on how much I enjoy using this establishment. Debbie and Jamie have been very friendly and helpful. I’ve been renting for over 3 years with not 1single problem. Debbie and Jamie have always been professional. They are caring people who make you feel like family. They are truly there for you. Their not like other places who only care about the money. They take pride in running a tight ship and it shows. The property is well maintained and security is always outstanding. Debbie and Jamie are awesome

The folks that run this storage are super friendly and kind!! I moved up from Oklahoma and got me this storage here and Debbie and Jaime have been nothing but kind and helpful folks. I truly appreciate them both. I highly recommend them if you need a storage as it’s very clean and very affordable as well!

I've been renting a storage unit here since the beginning of April and I have had problems with the employee Debbie since pretty much the 1st day I started moving in. She was absolutely disgusting by telling me about the renter. That would poop in bags and throw it on top of the roof I don't understand why she would be telling me that and then after she told me that she started telling me that she has guns and she knows how to use them. I feel very intimidated by these people. And I need the owner to call me. Also debbies Husband get to drunk and he comes outside and gets in my face and he threatens me

Prices are super responsible unlike public storage. And I have been here for almost 2 years and my stuff hasn't been robbed so that's a huge positive . And the lady that runs it is super understanding and that really helps too .

Good location and Courtney is, was, and always will be fantastic! Working with the public and trying to multitask is always difficult no matter what the job is. You never know the plight of others; a little compassion goes a long way. Empathy is something that not everyone inherently has but can be learned. I was taught to treat the Queen of England the same as the person who collects the trash but I understand that's probably far too egalitarian of me. :)

Ginger is very unprofessional. Called me, on a number that’s not listed with them on the application and disclosed all information on someone else’s account, their past due balance, their contract details, how long they’ve had the storage, then decided to check if she’s authorized to disclose that info to me. She’s been tracking a dude down over $200 bucks owed who’s had a storage unit with the Attic for over 2 years!!!! Ridiculous, unprofessional.

They hire incompetent people. I went in and paid like I always do. Courtney didn’t know how to use their system. She didn’t know how to do math. I was in a rush to go to work. Then they kept calling to harass me even though it wasn’t a mistake I made. When I call back no one answers 99% of the time. Then when Courtney did answer she has no phone skills and was rude, even though this whole mess was her fault. I told her if she admits she’s wrong then stop being rude and say sorry. She refuse to say sorry and hung up on me. This place is a mess. Go somewhere else guys! If I can give it 0 stars o would! Get it together!!!!!! Train people that represent you, hire competent people!
