So Ive only had two experiences with this store but both have been negative. I always try to find pokemon cards from a retailer because theyre usually less expensive. My first experience I was looking for pokemon cards at this store and there weren't any in their little card section by their registers but there was one of those two tier baskets that the employees use to carry items they're stocking and in that basket there were a few packs of pokemon cards so I just reached in and grabbed the packs. Some lady by guest services about 20feet away yells at me asking me what I'm looking for. Her tone and the fact she yelled at me from a distance loud enough that other people turned to see what was happening made it feel as if she was scolding me. I didn't get anything after that point and left.
My second experience was via phone. I'm only giving them two stars instead of one because most target stores don't answer at all. But same deal I'm calling searching for pokemon cards and the lady who answered tells me she doesn't know if they do, she can't currently go check and no one else can go check. And I ask to verify I heard right that's there's nobody in the whole store who could take one minute to check and she confirms that's what she said. I mean that is just plain bad lazy service. I'm not near their store where I can just pop by and check what they got like she proceeded to tell me to do. Hence calling to check.
From my experiences I have gathered they really could care less about customer service or experience.

Linc helped me today with a lost online order. I was a bit rude to start with but he still assisted me in getting my order. Merry Christmas man!

This location sucks the world are rude I was there trying to return some thing I had purchase that same morning the lady at the service desk informed me that my CBC numbers did not match the receipt. How could they not match the receipt? It was the same item. The manager is there suck. He wouldn’t even come up front and he was walkie-talkie in her to tell me that he couldn’t do anything for me I do not recommend going to this location.

Today, a young cashier was a very fast scanner, which is great, but to the point that the customers ahead of me couldn't keep up to bag their groceries, and the cashier didn't offer to help them. So he began scanning my items, and with nowhere to set them because of the customers ahead still bagging, he started piling my purchases awkwardly on the ledge next to the card scanner. I tried to hustle to bag my things as there was a line behind me, but when the customers ahead of me cleared off, I had to bounce back and forth around the corner with my hands full, to bag, show my ID, and pay, all in a hurry so that I didn't hold up the line more than necessary. Another employee had to come over to scan my ID since the cashier was underage, and neither offered to help bag, but idly watched me struggle and began scanning the next customer's things, just adding to my piled up items. Does this Target not train or even allow cashiers to bag groceries? I don't mind helping to bag my own items and always do so, but this is ridiculous.

at the self checkout it took my money but wouldn’t give me my change, then I was accused of trying to steal and they only apologized about the inconvenience but not for the accusations made.

I visited the plus-size clothing area, and afterward, I wondered why they bother have a plus-size area. The selections and sizes are very limited. In fact, they didn't have any of the items I was looking for. Thank goodness I don't shop at Target very often. It's such a disappointment. Two thumbs ?? down
