At the last minute the person in charge decided to have the receptionist cut my hair. It was clear she had almost no experience with men’s hair. She used clip on combs and had to ask what number to use. She had difficulty clipping in on the clippers. I almost walked out there but I needed the cut then. The cut worked out ok. After seating me the two managers told staff they were leaving for the day and they were on their own. No supervision of the novice. Not going back there.
Hair type: Very little.

Requested style: I requested a light layer to reduce the heaviness in my long hair. The stylist suggested that we take a thin layer on the inside, which won’t be noticeable and still keep my length. He seemed to know exactly what I was looking for, and he did a great job
Hair type: Long hair, but thinning on one side. Also having light color hair is difficult to cut so it doesn’t look choppy.

The people there are so very nice. Rachel did a great job and was very kind to just chit chat with me.

However, should communicate better when $18 Tuesdays are no longer available and not honoring a $2 coupon on the day of my visit.
