I have been with this company for probably 10+ years. I deal with Laurie. Her customer service is quite literally as good as it gets. She is responsive. She has great suggestions about coverage, deductibles, etc. She does the semi-annual review to see if there is a better company for my needs. I have my home, cars and umbrella and as long as Laurie is there, so will I.

Terrible place; an old looking home that is completely unorganized-looking on a small gravel lot off of a busy street. Laurie Conley lied on my car insurance even after having her check over everything multiple times. I had insurance on AND OFF multiple times and now I'm left with a disgusting taste in my mouth for this place. I would definitely recommend just handling it yourself as multiple times I was waiting for her to make changes to the account as policy didn't allow me to do anything.

Stolte Insurance - Rodger Bailey represents and sells AutoOwners car, home and property insurance. As this is the first time I have ever "yelped", I must tell you that he sucks as an insurance agent and his insurance products from AutoOwners suck as well.Someone placed a bogus claim on me asking for a new windshield claiming that my golf ball broke their windshield while playing a round of golf at Lake Arbor. The windshield had already been busted as it looked like a giant rock had crushed it.Well, The insurance company quickly denied the claim as a fraud, then raised my rates and the agent never told me about having a zero claim on my record - never trying to delete it. Now it is difficult to shop for better insurance and rates because AutoOwners or the agent do nothing to help the customer. If you live in Colorado do not use AutoOwners - they suck!!!!

I have been a client of Stolte since mid 1990s, and have had insurance with Auto Owner's through Stolte for much of that time. During that time I filed two claims on home insurance and at least that many against my auto policy. All were paid promptly, with no run around from insurance. I can't tell you how great it is to pickup the phone and talk to the same local person you have been working with for the past 20+ years. It saves so much time and is so much more pleasant that speaking with an anonymous person in a call center somewhere.

John Elliot has always given me great advice on our insurance, and has found us great insurance rates. Claims have always been paid promptly.

Everyone at Stolte has always been so helpful. We have been with them for 10 years and have been very happy.
