I've been here 3 times and all 3 times my order has been wrong. And it's not a hard order like so many do. This last time I just threw it right in the trash and walked out. Complete waste of money.

Rudest employee I’ve ever experienced. I placed an online order. When I got there to pick up my order the lights were off and the employee wasn’t behind the counter so I took a set. As she came back holding a case of cups she asked if I “was there to pick up an order”. I replied “yes” she then uhg’d and slammed the cups on the counter saying it would be a while because she was the only one there. Clearly irritated and overwhelmed. I I said “wow” out of disbelief of her attitude. I then asked if I should cancel my order because she seemed over whelmed. She became very defensive, argumentative and then started insulting me, saying I was the rude one. She refused to serve me my second drink. She eventually served my second drink after I asked for a refund but she continued to argue and insult me the entire time despite my efforts to try to smooth over there interaction. To note…this was the 3rd time she has been rude and I was treated like a complete inconvenience. This was just the first time I made it known to be bothered by it. I will take my business to a different location. Horrible customer service, it’s too bad, she makes a good drink.

Alysia and Dom were fantastic! There is team spirit here and they take pride in what they're doing. Wonderful meet the team board with photos! And my favorite the Barista of the Month! Honestly the most important position for us coffee junkies ha ha. Keep it up y'all are a great team! McKenzie was friendly and being trained, she will without a doubt be a top employee.

I waited for the customers in front of me to be served, and then was de-prioritized in favor of 3 online orders, despite the fact that I was already in line. Not sure why they even have a dine-in option if all they do is fulfill online orders

Sincerely I'm not much into Starbucks because most places give you bland food or drinks, I'm traveling and this one was amazing, super friendly to customers from what I saw, the vibes are just right, the flavors perfectly balanced, very spacious, just felt comfortable. If you are looking for a place to drink coffee come here, there should be more establishments like this.

So this is now the second day that I've shown up at this Starbucks around 6:30 am and yesterday was turned away by the young lady working because she said her register wasn't working and now again today I'm sitting here waiting for her to open the store and she comes walking up with an attitude and says I won't be open for at least another 20 minutes, I said it's okay I suppose I can wait and then she proceeded to tell me that the she might not even open in 20 minutes because the register might not even work... So not only is she rude and lazy but the store said online that they are open at 6am so to me that usually means they are open and ready for businesses at 6am not 6:30 , not 6:45 . Honestly I won't be coming back to this place just because of this young lady.

I just witnessed some horrible actions by management at the Starbucks on 66th and Wadsworth. (Just in case it matters it was 2:45 on Sunday February 9, 2020) A white young man was in front of us asking for a coffee, he was clearly cold and probably down on his luck. The manager told him he had to leave and called the cops on him. Now I remember in the not so distant past this happened to two young black men in Philadelphia in which they were arrested and the Starbucks CEO apologized. I bought him a coffee and told him to keep the receipt because the manager called the cops. Come on people, do better! Just because someone doesn’t have any money doesn’t make them less human. After he left the manager kept telling customers about some crazy white dude on drugs coming in. ? When given the choice to be right or be kind, be kind!
