The admins are lousy. I got my interlock installed in my car 3 weeks ago, now I'm currently at the dmv, on hold with smart start and have been for an hour and 23 minutes, because they were supposed to submit my file online and they haven't. Wish I read these other reviews beforehand..

Utter mess, they keep scheduling my download appointments on Saturday. So what, right? The store I go to IS NOT OPEN ON SATURDAYS. So call them and straighten it out. THEIR NUMBER IS NO LONGER IN SERVICE. Call the main office and straighten it out. Their response: We do not schedule the download appointments., Many more glitches.Not the only game in town, recommend avoiding SMART START.

Just had a device installed on my sons Truck and Derrick made the process so easy. He was kind, courteous, punctual, and explained everything thoroughly. Thank you so much Derrick for making a very unpleasant situation mort comfortable and less scary. I hope all your technicians at different locations are like Derrick Again, thank you

They work random hours. In the last 4 months I've been to this place no less than 10 times during posted business hours to only find somebody there once. I get there is a pandemic going on but make it by appointment only or something if you are just going to work whenever you want.

On 2/1/2020 919am I had the most wonderful young man download my interlock. He was friendly, professional and human. One of the first questions he asked is if I had any problems with my device. Never had that question asked before. , when,I left he plugged my device back in and handed me two new mouth pieces. Never had that before. Kiddos to this young man. Thank you. 5465 Harlan st. I came in last Friday for a calibration and the girl that was working said I would have to come back in an hour because her lunch started at 1 and it was 12:45. I ended up having to enter a lockout code because of her need for a 75 minute lunch. Cost me an extra $50. I hope she enjoyed her lunch.

Called the 1-800 smart start # the operator said there were No locations in Colorado open past 5 pm not true!!! These guys were on top of it!! Provided the excellent service fast friendly! Simply Amazing !! Will not be taking our Biz any where but here!! Thanks Again... Open every day of the week another +
