  The admins are lousy. I got my interlock installed in my car 3 weeks ago, now I'm currently at the dmv, on hold with smart start and have been for an hour and 23 minutes, because they were supposed to submit my file online and they haven't. Wish I read these other reviews beforehand..

  Just had a device installed on my sons Truck and Derrick made the process so easy. He was kind, courteous, punctual, and explained everything thoroughly.   They work random hours. In the last 4 months I've been to this place no less than 10 times during posted business hours to only find somebody there once. I get there is a pandemic going on but make it by appointment only or something if you are just going to work whenever you want.
