“Anne is the Assistant manager who went above and beyond coming from lakewood on 6101 alameda avenue and the people that help me that wanted to help me waited Waited for two hours And the original person that was supposed to work here as a manager never came nor let anyone know he was gone. Did not tell anybody that he did not come, so Anne went above and beyond to come from Lakewood to Arvada and took off the lock that was from Extra Space Storage for me when it was to be to be taken off On Monday when it was paid off as imit was extremely hot for the people, My kids and myself to be outside waiting for 2 hours just for the so-called manager named Rafael to not let anybody know that he never came in for his shift. So I said, what kind of manager is this until Anne showed up. And I think she should be the manager in Arvada and she is so helpful and I love the fact that she apologized and she made sure that my concerns was met. I am very satisfied and I hope Anne gets the manager position instead in Arvada instead of The manager that was mean to me for a whole entire year Who scared the people at my church saying that he took stuff out of my storage but Anne was the opposite. She was loving caring and she apologize that this was unacceptable that no workers, not even a manager Should ever go through this! Thank you anne for your hardwork and consistency!!!”

“We’ve been here just over 2 years. This is a great safe and secure storage facility. The lot is gravel so no rodents and very good drainage. I’ve never seen a weed here. The fresh water on your way out and the dump on the way in are lifesavers! Its secure and the location is 3 mims from I76 and 10 mins from I70. Owners are great people. Very happy here!”

“Safe place to store your mobile home or trailer. There is a gate that locks everything in, and the storage unit land on its own is in a nice location, not a lot of random people driving / walking by. It's right behind a place that always has police there for work needs, so it feels really safe. It does have a dump station if you need it before parking your trailer. I highly recommend: they do have open air, just parking or very big safe garage/ storage unit parking, completely locked and covered that are like 20×50.”
“They are so quick to fix problems that us tenants bring up. For example, since the road is a little bumpy they've put down even more gravel to make sure it's satisfied for the customers. The police station and the gate that requires a code to get in makes me feel even more secure with leaving my belongings over there.”

“Called ahead and made an appointment. Easy as pie. These folks were great to work with and put a trailer hitch on my Jeep in less than an hour. Awesome customer service and very friendly. At first I thought I needed a wiring harness and everything but they got up underneath the Jeep and discovered that I already had all that and were honest with me and reduced my bill by at least $200. I’m very happy with this location and even bought ‘em an extra large pizza with all the toppings ?”
