Nicely rounded selection of shoes. The people there were helpful and gave us plenty of space to look at shoes leisurely. The sound level is low and it wasn't over-lit. As someone with sensory needs, it was a very easy shop to be in. The people were friendly enough and not in our faces. Comfortable environment. I found the perfect shoes to fit my personality. A bit pricey but seems worth it for the quality. It was nice to see focus more on the quality of the shoes than what brand name is on them. 10/10 would shop here again.

5 stars for the shoes! I love them for travel. I'm not a sneakers girl, so loafers that have some style are my go-to. And SAS loafers are the best. But when I went in on Friday, the only clerk in the store was sound asleep in a chair! Didn't know the merchandise and couldn't answer questions. Also the shoes on display didn't line up AT ALL with the boxes. So I had to go on a scavenger hunt to find the ones I was interested in. I rearranged the display shoes myself as I went along (you're welcome), but he told me he wasn't allowed to do it as he was new. Just required some common sense. I know my size and will order on line from now on.

Well, I tried coming to the store at least 10 times and every time I come at least a hour before the closing hours Posted on the window and the store has been closed. I recently went and again the store is closed with somebody inside rudely shooing me away even though I was there An hour and 20 minutes before the shop says they closed

The number listed on my receipt was this location. The gal from the store was rude and spoke in a condescending manner. I didn't have the number listed for the centennial co location. It's rude to speak to your customers even if it's a follow up question that isn't for the particular store location. I have liked SAS shoes for years
I would expect better customer service.

First, I am giving 1 star because the shoes are great. I have problematic feet and so far these are what work best. If it weren't for the shoe's being great, it would be 0 star.I have been to this store many times over the years and purchased great shoes that work for my feet. The main person in the store, probably the manager, was very condescending, rude and impatient, and not just to me, but customers she saw about to walk in the store. She won't allow anyone to find their own shoe's even if you spot the size you need or wear the shoes you are trying on around the store. If I didn't need to try the shoes on, I would order online. I almost just walked out, and that is saying something since I am patient and forgiving. I'm glad the store is there, but PLEASE PLEASE improve customer service.

First, I am giving 2 stars because the shoes are great. I have problematic feet and so far these are what work best. If it weren't for the shoe's being great, it would be 1 star.I've been here 3 times now. Every single time Paula has been very condescending, rude and impatient. Not only with myself but I hear how she has spoken to other customers as well. She complains she is the only person who works there and gets one and a half days off every single time I come in. She also complains about prior customers. She's very slow and won't allow anyone to find their own shoe's even if you spot the size you need. If I didn't need to try the shoes on, I would order online. I'm glad the store is there, but PLEASE hire someone else.

The most horrible customer service I’ve ever had! Paula was in there barefoot and with a horrible attitude, she must hate her job because she reflected only that. One star is too much for this store. Expensive and horrible service

I agree with the below comment, I called the store and same person Paula was very rude. She hung up on me "because she had customers waiting". Well then don't answer the phone!

Where to begin...? We called to place some shoes on hold. The same person answer and when I came to pick up she was still there. Her name is Paula, I can't believe how horrible the customer service was. She was barefoot in the store and on the phone when I entered the store. I waited for her to be done, I asked about the shoes on hold and she answer with a rude response. The shoes were for someone else, we needed something in particular, I asked her and she replied again with a "what you see it's what you get"I can see IF I can order them but... and she just looked at me like I was asking for something impossible. I looked for something else and she was super rude about it I offered to look for them my self and she replied again with a rude comment "I'll do it because you will make a mess... to begin with the store was a mess already,I would not say it's a high end store but the shoes are not cheap.As soon as I got out 10 min before closing time, she closed the doors. I'm surprise how they can still be in business, I personally will not be returning and with that kind of customer service not many people would. Now the question would be, is she rude like that because she is old and doesn't have a filter anymore or because they don't pay enough? I also wonder if she is on commission? ...

Online hours are wrong, came at 1:15 on a Tuesday and there was a sign on the door that said they were closed until 2 pm although workers were inside.

Old lady was very very rude and racist towards my self and other I don’t recommend coming here ever she is a horrible person and horrible store employee she needs to be fired immediately!
