There's hardly anyone working. The food court never seems to be working, none of the drink options work. When you ask for help anywhere in the store no one is there. When a person asks about fixing the drink machines, no one knows what to do. Can't see me continuing to pay for a membership that does not deliver quality service. Last there is no one checking out just self checking

I got talked into a plus membership for the free shipping on out of stock items when we were signing up for our membership. It's been an absolute nightmare. Stuff gets delivered to the wrong address by UPS and then sams treats me like I stole something and makes the entire process awful to the point I get frustrated and go through the credit card company instead. They then apparently think that makes me a problem customer so I can't do online returns at all and every time I order something to the address on the membership they want me to prove I am me. How does that work? I am on my computer at my house which is also the address on the account and you think I am somehow not me? It's just one slap in the face after another. You screwed up my orders and then treat me like a criminal for a service I paid for. I paid you 150 bucks or whatever it was and got so frustrated with orders that I just stopped buying stuff from sams. I would cancel but they want to force me to go to the store, more controlling over reach and I just won't do it. How many hoops should a customer have to go through for something they paid for? You're supposed to jump through hoops, not me. Horrible place and I tell everyone I can about it.

I frequent this place quite often. It is conveniently located right off of the highway and easy to get to. It is also in the same parking lot as a lot of other popular stores, which is great because then you can get a lot of shopping done all at once. I love that they have their own gas station as well! As of yesterday, regular unleaded fuel was down to $2.39 a gallon. Most of the other places in the Arvada/Golden area are $2.79-$2.99 a gallon. When you walk inside, an attendant greets you and offers you a cart. Just like Costco, you show them your membership card before you can get in. They have a vision center, a tire center, a jewelry section, and a pharmacy. They have a large variety of offerings and I can almost always find exactly what I am looking for. Their prices are lower than Costco for the same items, which is really nice. The store is organized and clean as well. They do not have as many items as Costco, but I have always been satisfied with what they do offer. I also have a Costco card just because I do like the option of shopping at both places though. They make some really beautiful desserts at a great price and have lots of fresh pre-made meals you can just heat up for a convenient dinner. Sam's Club is turning into more of a self-checkout type of place which is disappointing. They always have more self-checkout lanes and maybe 1 or 2 cashier lanes open. Unless you grab an empty box along your shopping trip or bring your own large bags, all of your purchased items will go directly back in your cart. I do like how Costco at least will box your items up at checkout so you can easily put them in your vehicle. When I shop here it is never overly busy, which I like since it makes it quick to get in and out of there. Overall, I like shopping here and saving money by purchasing in bulk.

Everyday I call the cafe to ask if the frozen yogurt machine is working and the lady laughs at me. The Littleton sams is always in service and in stock for pizza. If you don't want to work just transfer to a greeter. But please don't deny the general public pizza and ice cream because you are too dang lazy to make a pizza or whatever. This has been a problem for months. Corporate please get these people a bigger pizza stock and a new frozen yogurt machine

This place is definitely smaller than others, but that didn't make it any less of a maze to navigate for stuff. They also have military flags up out front, not something you see every day. Though they have a rough idea of where things are, there was always stuff in an entirely different location from where it would expected to be. They also had a lot of abandoned carts littering the joint, making it like unwanted obstacle course. Then you get to books, and luckily (in spite of it being smaller) it is hella organized. There was even a vendor for Anderson that apparently works it for the Club, dude was helpful for that area at least, so props to him.

I come to big box stores to shop, not be hounded for satellite TV and AT&T cell service. I don't appreciate being heckled while shopping. Stop!

Poor service, rude customers and staff. I've witnessed managers talk to employees in the worst ways. No wonder this store never has any staff, because they can't treat people with respect.

The variety of food options here is not very good. Produce looked stale. However the store is kept clean and the workers are very nice. I would just drive a little farther to a different Sam's Club location. Tried ordering a slice of pizza an hour and a half before close at like 6:30 and they said the only thing they had left was hot dogs and didn't offer to make one. Multiple people behind me in line wanted pizza or something other than hot dogs too. Sad.

Had to return an item and the service center lady was extremely rude!!! I truly do understand that we are still experiencing staff shortages however, there is no reason to be rude and obnoxious. The rest of my shopping experience was not much better. The shelves we missing a lot of items. The people who were working just all seemed to have an attitude. The only good interaction I had was when I left the store. The door greater was beyond nice and had the biggest smile.

Overall good experience! We have had our membership for a year now and have gone to this location a handful of times. The store is always clean and the workers are always nice. We use the scam and go feature which is amazing! You scan the items as you shop so when you are done you don't have to stand in line! Don't forget the fruit yogurt parfaits and the food stand! And a hot dog with drink is $1.50! Can't beat it! It's the reward!!

What a joke! Did not honor my schools P-card or TAC exempt numbers. Unprofessional all around. This store will be dead soon, no customers because shitty customer service. Go to a Costco!

Do yourself a favor and get a COSTCO membership instead. The management here is ridiculous, they're blaring music at the checkouts, and all of the women running the checkouts are in terrible moods. The inventory was awful. The front door is literally nonexistent so you enter through the fire escape door right now and then door is big enough to barely fit the cart, obnoxious.... And all of this is if you can find a parking space! Half the lot is piled up carts and the other half is too small for a car to fit in an individual spot so the patrons just park anywhere/everywhere with no attention to the lines
