All I want is an update on my vehicle and I am unable to get ahold of anyone. I get directed to their website which fails to provide a status update! I’ve called twice and get hung up on! No customer service skills.

Usually I have no problem with the other safelite locations, but this time I had an appt 2 weeks in advance and they didn’t have my windshield in stock so they extended the appt by 2 hrs while they scrambled to get a new one. When I got home the windshield wiper sprayers didn’t work. Turns out they pinched the hose and we had to go into fix it. Overall disappointed in the attention to my appt and the quality of the install. Would not recommend this location at all.

Avoid Safelite and especially this location. If they break your windshield they make you pay full price for the new one. Truly not worth the hassle

Not even going to be giving them my business. Prices highest around and lacking customer service. Searching on line for quotes and was able to receive one. Did not fit my needs so I went no further with scheduling. This morning have received 5 phone calls within 1 hour all from 2 different girls asking for phone calls back. Why give me the option to call back if I am going to receive a call every 15 mins or so!!!

Was a good overall experience as was expected really. I have had Safelite changing my auto glass for over 20 years now, and it's always been on point. This time however, was a little different as I had to make a warranty claim because my windshield started leaking and frosting over on the inside after an extrem cold snap this winter. Probably just a fluke, and that doesn't change my opinion of the quality of work that you guys do. When I came into the shop the second time for the warranty appointment, it was changed out and taken care of easily. The second visit too, several of us witnessed a little verbal altercation between I assume a manager and a tech. It was enough to get everyone in the lounge areas attention. A little unprofessional on the managers part, but like I said, this time around was a fluke. Keep up the good work guys!

Had my windshield replace yesterday by safelite. While driving today I went to clean the windshield only to find out that the tech had not reinstalled the DRIVER side wiper arm correctly. Great situation when going 45 in traffic. Very poor attention to details like this could cause someone to be seriously injured or worse. With what I paid, I expected far superior work to be done.It took several hours to finally get a hold of the location manager, so I could let them know however you cannot reach them directly. No matter the phone number you call, they all go to the call center who say " they will email the manager to call you back."The solution they offered was to either bring it in, meaning lost time at work or wait 2 days for an appointment with poor weather coming in. By far the worst customer service I have experienced coupled with very poor quality of work has left me wondering if anything was done correctly.

Had a nasty crack and less than 24 hours to repair and get back home. Manager was super accommodating and able to fit me into a packed schedule and get me on my way in a few hours. Great work and sincerely appreciated.

I had a great experience with them today. Got a chip in my windshield, called my insurance and had an appt the next day. was in/out in 45 min with a fixed windshield and new wiper blades. Staff was friendly, fast and efficient!! Thanks!!

I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced. They ordered the wrong window and told me after I’d already waited in the lobby for an hour. They came a couple of weeks later with their mobile unit to replace it. The technician severely scratched my paint along the top of the windshield and scratched and dented it along the side. Supervisor came out a week later and took photos. Said it would be turned into the warranty claim department for repairs and for me to not file a claim with my insurance. A month later and twelve phone calls later. Nothing has been done. Zero communication. Nothing. Filed with my insurance so they can chase down these shady people. Horrible and will not ever return.

I had a windshield repair at our place of business in the am so I didn't have enough time to over look final instalation over. Unfortunately later that evening, I realized the gap at the top of the windshield was far to large. I chose to take it in for the correct windshield adjustment. Second time was much better.
