Devon, the installer, was in touch/on time, friendly and efficient. I only wished I had some cash on me so I could have tipped him as he deserved it!
Tell his boss to give him a raise! Thank you....

My sons Ridgeline needed a new windshield. I called 3 places and found bids between $291- 350.
He booked with Safelite. The installer showed at our house on time and stated it would cost $470. I pulled out my phone and showed him an online VIN bid with his company Safelite for $350.06. He called his dispatcher and they reduced the bid by $100 , to $370, but their bid was still $20 higher than their online bid and $63 higher than 2 other bids. I was shocked that they refused to honor their company’s bid. I went with Auto Glass Now for $307. I question a company that pads their bids by $100 and then refuses to match their online bid , which was accurate and based on VIN#.

I got windshield repair service thru my auto dealer and called to get a chip repaired. It took them sending my stuff to Safelite 3 times then staying on the phone with me to even get an appointment with Safelite (took a week of waiting for someone to call which never happened).
When they came out I got a guy who was rude and more interested in being on his phone than talking with me or looking me in the eye. When he left it looked like the chip was still there so called Safelite who reached out to the local store and I was told the manager was going call me which was over a week ago.....still no call. I finally got someone at Safelite 800# who was great and explained that sometimes even though it's repaired the "starburst" can still be apparent which no one else in 3 phone calls bothered to explain.

Terrible, avoid this company. Even when your insurance company tells you to use them its not worth it. Safelite has no phone connection to their shop, the online tools do not work, and the phone system doesn't work. I couldn't get a live person after 5 attempts. Website reverts back to previous screens after completion and doesn't give any guidance or move past the entry screens to make an appt. Phone system wants you to enter tons of info before you can speak to a worker, like your existing claim number, but when you do the system calls your insurance to make a claim...see above I HAVE a claim number. I am happy to say I am not using this large company who has forgotten how to service a customer, and I never will again. I am a salesman, and this is beyond frustrating. I went with a local independent who answered in 2 rings and set an appt in less than one minute, and fixed it in my driveway.

I don't understand all the low reviews for this location. I had a very smooth experience here.
When I walked in, I was greeted promptly. The gal at the front desk explained what would happen. I was told the job would take between 2.5 to 3 hours. I dropped off the car at 12:30 pm and it was done around 2:30, so right on the money there.
In the waiting area, they have plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out (although, some of the chairs outside look like they could be replaced). There is a coffee machine and water if you're thirsty. And they even have free WiFi and charging plugs.
The technician ran through all the things I should or should not do for the windshield to adhere correctly. He was nice and polite.
Initially, I had some reservations about using SafeLite but overall, I am happy with this location.
PS - I have some advice for people. When there is a problem and before you post a low review, contact the business and give them a chance to make it right.

Worst experience getting a window repaired. I chose to come to the store because I park on the side of the street and I figured I wouldn't have to deal with a window of when it'll be done. I am given the option to select morning or afternoon drop off. I choose morning thinking it'll be done by early afternoon or so when they get to the afternoon appointments. Nope. It's all day service. I drop off my car at 8:30am and it is currently 6:16pm (they close at 5pm!) and they're still not done with my car.

Will leave your windshield more broken than how they found it. Go elsewhere

Unlike other Safelite shops, these people were very friendly and professional. Their work was good and timely.

The scheduling and desk staff were knowledgeable. The technician (Deman) did an excellent job repairing the pit and explain what to expect in the future with the other scratches on my windshield. I left feeling like I have options.

Had no issues with this location with the installation. However it has been almost a year now and the quality of glass is quite poor. The pitting is awful. It a pickup so sits pretty high up and has been driven about 8000 miles so less then average. I wouldn’t expect the windshield to look so poor.

Try calling them at their number. Good luck. No way of talking to someone. Worst phone tree system

All I want is an update on my vehicle and I am unable to get ahold of anyone. I get directed to their website which fails to provide a status update! I’ve called twice and get hung up on! No customer service skills.
