Very clean and well kept store. Sales person (Larry) was attentive and never more than five feet away. Merchandise is of high quality and fairly priced. Considering two pair of winter boots. Bought two pair of sox and and was asked for phone number and name and I inquired why it was needed and Larry glared at me and tersely said it was required for the record. Clearly made him angry. I'll look somewhere else for boots.

Larry was informative and interactive. The Irish setter boots I got have come highly recommended by many coworkers past and present. They have a 30 day guarantee which is awesome and they do free repairs. Check them out if you're in the market for new boots.

I was looking to replace my favorite pair of iron rangers since I wore all the way through the leather and sole. I called and asked if they had any of the charcoal rough and rough left in my size because I know they had recently been discontinued. The guy said he just got some and they go fast. I called the next morning to make sure they were still there and again confirmed they were what I was looking for. I had them hold them for me and made arrangements to leave work early to get to the store before they closed.
Upon arriving I browsed first and I didn't see any of them on display or in the clearance area and got worried. I asked the guy working if they had the ones on hold for me. He went in back and grabbed them. He opened the box and pulls them out. I immediately saw they weren't what I asked for and told him I specifically said I needed the charcoal ones. He lids them up and says "these are the charcoal color". I said "this are the black harness leather, I asked for the charcoal rough and rough". He looked dumbfounded and thought he was right. Sad that I knew more about his products than he did. Thankfully, I found a quality store in Texas that had them (and knew what they were) and they were nice enough to ship them to me. Really sad that I have visited three local store and got service I would expect from a minimum wage new person.

I had a disappointing experience at the Red Wing store in Arvada. I visited with a reimbursement voucher from my job and needed to return work boots I had purchased. The cashier, who had frizzy red hair, was rude and informed me that returns could not be processed because it had been 30 days, despite it only being a couple of weeks. When I tried to clarify, she responded aggressively, even shoving the shoebox towards me. Her demeanor was unprofessional and contemptuous. I have shopped at Red Wing stores for years and have always been met with professionalism and friendliness, so this encounter was especially frustrating. She stated that only the manager could handle the return, which added unnecessary stress to the situation. I was polite throughout, but this negative experience has left me reluctant to return to the store, especially if that cashier is working.

The salesman Manny should be given a raise. He went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure that I got it para boots that I needed and wanted he had me called the store in Casper where I live, which is 250 miles closer than his store, and he was willing to ship the boots to me, but he recommended that I go to the local store and therefore gave up a sale so that I the customer would get a really good fit on my pair of boots so yeah Manny is a good dude and a good salesman he does need a raise thanks bye

I’ve owned three different pairs of redwing boots over the past 15 years. I’ve always done my due diligence to keep them clean and oiled after they’ve gotten wet or muddy. On two of the pairs, the stitching started to come apart after a few years of use. Took them back into the local store and they sent them off and had the stitching redone as good as new.This last time after the stitching was repaired, I was no longer able to get my foot into the boot. They sent it back one more time to attempt to repair it. When they came back and I still was not able to get my foot inside, the boot store manager wanted to make things right and went ahead and replaced my boots with the new pair.The customer service that they provide is outstanding. Greatly appreciate it and I’ll be continuing to wear my red wing boots for work!

Went in to buy a pair of work boots and was very impressed with customer service. The guy working with me was very patient, as a lot of the boots I wanted weren’t in stock. Will definitely go back!

Came with my Brother to Pick up his Boots for Work the Manager was trying to get him to buy a Cheaper Boot and Told him that his Voucher from his job did not Cover The More Expensive boots Another guy came and told the Manager not to do that to my Brother How SAD you gotta be kidding me Don't you know what Customer Services is? I don't even know how you are A manager you Truly Sucked

Came here to purchase new work boots. I was greeted about 5-7 feet inside the door by Larry. Larry's customer service was outstanding, and while he did attempt the upsell, he was very low pressure, as he made suggestions without pushiness. I was unable to complete my transaction due to a technical issue with my bank. I will be back soon, and I hope to do business with Larry again at that time!

I've never been to this location. I will never go there. I spoke with a so-called salesperson on the phone and they refused to tell me their name and hung up on me calling me rude for asking what Irish setter 8 inch waterproof boots they had in stock in the price. There were 15 in stock but she could not tell me the price or description on one of them and then hung up on me again calling me rude for asking about a product that they supposedly sell as a business. If you don't want a job then don't do your job.

They were kind of pushy and didn’t listen to what I said felt good on my feet and didn’t overall they did help me out a little bit. I wish they would’ve helped me pick out my boots better because I would’ve got ones that were waterproof since I walk outside all day long now I’m stuck with boots that aren’t waterproof. I would’ve paid extra money to have the boots that would’ve fit my needs better.
