Been buying red wing boots over ten years they never disappoint. And this store in particular has always been helpful and accommodating. Larry is a great guy and very knowledgeable about the boots. He doesn't try to push anything on the customer. If you appreciate great leather quality and craftsmanship come to this place

My experience was moderate 3 due to me finding the item and it working out for me but the experience was questionable and dubious. They were helpful for me to get an item in my budget, however, I am critical of the their customer service. I say this because in my first interaction it was ok they provided ideas, support, and suggestions when I asked, that was nice! The second interaction was suspicious because when the items I purchased didn’t work for me it seemed that they were critical of my decision almost as if regardless of how perspective wasn’t insight as theirs. I say this based on the following: no welcoming to the store, no question about the purpose for the return, and providing me the incorrect receipt but fixed this when I asked for the return receipt. Overall, the second interaction seemed to be questioning me about my decision. The staff isn’t bad nor are they bad people, I think they do what they can and that’s great! The customer service model I think the organization implements needs to improvement. I won’t be shopping at this store again due to the second interaction being meager with the service. Cheers!

We had great customer service by Annabelle, showed all the boots in my husband's size and the difference in the insoles, we didn't buy his boots there we had to go to the one in thorton who had his size. But he did buy socks.lol

Customer service representative was unwilling to help me to look for a pair of boots then when I found a pair to buy he said my voucher from my job wouldn’t work beforehand without looking at it. Just terrible he helped the Caucasian customers very well. Very bad experience. I will say it was only the guy with the glasses the other gentleman is much more helpful and friendly.

So i switch work boot styles. From laces to pull ons.. the lady(ANNABELLE) was very helpful/ patient with me tried a few different boots . Anyway was a great experience. So I bought a pair....

Scammed into buying $20 socks. Dakota (salesperson) handed me a pair of socks and told me to put them on when trying out boots.
Found some I liked, paid for them, looked on the receipt at home and was charged for $20 socks.
Never once mentioned them. He was good help besides that.

Dakota was attentive and walked me through the fitting process with ease. He explained everything that was involved in getting the proper fit for my boots. He then took the time to make sure that I had a good fit, offered insoles (that I did not accept), and let me know about the warranty and other options as my boots age.
