I was approached to have a call with Heath. I was informed that it would be marketing and SEO services. Instead his pitch was to create a new website and my current website was not able to be used to increase SEO. When I told him I wasn't interested, he stated this isn't a sales call it was a client perspective call to see if he wanted to work with me. He sounds scammy and not confident in whatever he is trying to sale. I would caution anyone doing business with him. His own website is not the best.

Personable Media has taken out the hassle of making a website for me. They are very prompt and extremely professional. My website looks awesome and has created many leads for my company!! Im very happy with the look and feel of my website!

Heath did amazing work on my website! He got it done quickly and I am extremely pleased with the result. After a horrible experience with another web developer it was a breath of fresh air to have someone that listened to what I needed and got it done. He even came to the shop and explained everything to me in person. Affordable, professional, and personable.

I needed a relatively simple website built so that I could have an online presence, but I did not need it to generate "business" in any way--just to inform people who might be searching for me on the internet who I am and how to get in touch with me. Heath helped me lay out several pages with text, photos, and a video which served that purpose, and he was both instructive and responsive throughout our dealings. Personable Media's capabilities were far greater than what I required, but I was treated with respect and understanding nonetheless. I strongly recommend them, especially if you have complex website requirements.

Our law firm reached out regarding leads. There are several companies out there that provide qualified lead for law firms in various areas. They are generally geography-based, and are qualified. When we search for leads, this companies information came up and I filled out the form for more information. See attached.Personable media’s advertising is misleading, stating that one should fill out the form to "Check Demand In Your Area." Rather than providing information regarding leads, the conference call was about paying for Google ad campaigns etc. This is not what we were looking for.I quickly informed the “owner” that we’re not interested in a Google ad campaign. I informed him that we’ve used those services before and found that they were not worth the amount of money that you have to spend on the actual ad spend for our practice area. It has been our experience that general practice google ad, seo, etc companies are not the best at coming up with copy specific to wills and estates. We were not interested in going through the process again.In the most ungracious and unprofessional way possible, the “owner“ gets upset and says “yeah, I haven’t even told you the prices. I don’t think this would be a good fit either. You guys clearly don’t want to grow and probably can’t afford our service.”The owner was very unprofessional, childish, and clearly just trying to sell a service that they do not actually provide by mislabeling what they do as a leads service, similar to Martindale Nolo and others. If by creating misleading domains and creating landing pages that imply that there are current leads in your area is how they get leads, their business model is broken and bordering deceptive advertising and marketing practices. If this is how they drive traffic to your site through their Google ads campaigns, I would caution anyone against purchasing their services. Save yourself the trouble of scheduling a call.
