Amazing experience meeting with Megan today. Rented a 10x10 drive up. They keep the units clean and property maintained well. The pricing is in line with the going rates around town. Megan was professional, friendly and did a great job letting me know options for storage. Being a realtor, I will refer my clients to this particular business.

Excellent experience for a short term storage solution. Courteous and accommodating staff. I had planned to be out on a specific weekend and realized I was renewed on that Saturday. I cleared out the unit the next day and the office graciously refunded the last payment even though contractually they did not need to. Pleasant experience all together. Would recommend and probably use again in the future.

**********THE MANAGER IS A THIEF AND STOLE MY STUFF AFTER CHECKING OUT WHAT WAS IN MY UNIT!************* I bought a unit at auction. The manager, Megan, came by as I was clearing out the unit and stopped to talk to me. Megan pretended she was not the manager as she was watching watch I was pulling out of the unit which was thousands of dollars worth of tools. I told her I was going to need some more time, just a few hours, to clear everything out of unit. She said I would have to talk to the manager in the morning. When I arrived the next morning, the guy working there was not manager and told me Megan was the manager and she ordered me to be locked out and also said she had called someone to pick everything up. I was suppose to have 72 hours to clear everything out. I signed the papers with them 68 hours ago.

I've been renting from Storquest for over 5 years. All of that time I had a unit at the Colfax & Kipling facility and half that time in Arvada. While the Colfax store was ran horribly (except for when Jennifer was manager) Arvada has been amazing! Megan has got to be the best manager I've ever dealt with! Absolutely every issue that she is confronted with she takes care of immediately and smiles while she does it. She is an asset to Storquest and if you're on the fence about where to rent, call Megan and you'll be sure to get the service you have been looking for.

Renee, as well as everyone here are AWESOME! This storage facility is clean, easy accounts/access, and the staff are beyond accommodating to your needs. 18mo/mo pro-rated and my monthly rate never increased. 10/10 would recommend.

My Mother trusted StorQuest in Arvada with her valuables for many years. She safely stored her personal belongings there when she retired from the Civil Service and downsized.The staff has always been friendly and accommodating to work with, but I would like to especially thank the Manager, Megan Counce, who has been extremely kind, courteous, professional, and responsive to our inquiries and needs.I would definitely recommend StorQuest in Arvada for anyone that has short or long term storage needs.
