Fantastic customer service. I had to call for a last minute event, and was hooked up with the gear I needed for a rental with a fast turnaround.It was my first time going here, and the prices for rental and for purchase are great. I will definitely come here again.Did I mention their customer service is really great?

I went to a show and the fog machine they were using was using a fast dissipating fog liquid purchased from this location. The owner of the venue was mislead to believe that this product was “just like the normal stuff”. Imagine me dancing in a dark room while some techno music blasts my eardrums and a sudden burst of fog shoots across the floor. Only for that fog to not linger and dissipate quickly. It really killed the vibes

Mile High DJ Supply is one of my favorite stores in Colorado! They are super helpful, knowledgable, and friendly. The store is basically a playground for DJs and Lighting People. I went in for one thing and spent 45 minutes hanging out talking to people. It's always a blast.

I just had an extremely pleasant experience with mile high. I spoke with Christy on the phone and she was amazing extremely helpful, super conscientious and definitely knew what she was talking about. She helped guide me through the process and even answered of my questions that I weren’t sure if she would have the answer to. She even went as far as to ask one of their specialist some of the questions that I have overall would definitely recommend the store and highly recommend interacting with Christy.

Just spent 800 for the company not to give me full information , and now they don't take returns on Microphones. Even though I never used it kind of wish they explained that before I left the store. Definitely will never return apparently online is the way to go, because local shops just don't have the customer service they used to.

Kind of goes without saying but this is the place to go for any and all DJ needs. Whatever you need they’ve got it and everyone is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

This place is really cool, kinda blown away with the amount of great gear they have, great looking showroom, and very helpful staff too! Ian got my turntable tuned up, went the extra mile to get it done on short notice, and not to mention took the time to answer my questions. Highly recommended

Wish I could put a 0 star. Website states in stock order product. They emailed said it would be in by end of month still showing in stock. I emailed for tracking they state they dong have it in hand even though it states in stock. I called and they literally laughed at me stating in stock does not mean in stock. What!!!!!! Why has it taken a year to reply to this experience. This company may be great for you but mine wow just wow. In Stock is not In Stock and a year to reply to a 1 star. Still makes perfect sense.

They were super nasty on instagram - like, straight up insulting.Totally had planned on buying a couple Visual Vinyls for the homies for Christmas, but I think I will find something else to spend my money on.It’s one thing to post DJ memes on social media, but taking shots at your customers in the comments is scummy.

I have 1200+ gigs of experience, and the key to success is planning and planning. I traveled from PA to CO to DJ my best friend's son's wedding. This was the 1st time I ever rented 90% of the gear; Jairo and his team were awesome. I delivered the same quality services because of the quality of work behind the scenes. You are CRAZY if you do not consider Mile Hugh DJ Supply.
