I was weary when Denver health Medical suggested this place due to a lot of mixed reviews, but was told that it is under new Owner and management, so trusted our Dr. So Happy I did, because my family needed a complex high end wheelchair and supplies. Since the New Management took over and the New ATP's on staff have been assigned, I have had nothing but exceptional experience for the complex power chair and supplies needed for a family member, The team was not only helpful, but the initial evaluation of my family member was done really fast after Dr sent the referral, and the therapist and ATP reached out to us directly within a week to set up the appointment. came to our home and was very knowledgeable, helpful and explained the whole process. even answered the TON of questions I had. They definitely know what they are doing and we couldn't be happier., I highly recommend and will continue to call them whenever we need supplies.

They are nice, have a lot of stock. Hours are not convenient.

I would not recommend this place so unprofessional! Patient that needs from a medical store most likely are urgently needed my Dr send over a prescription for 3 weeks they never called her or I to say they needed 1 more signature they just didn't care enough to reach out to either her or I to get it signed if it's not a big ticket item they don't bother! Save yourself time GO SOMEWHERE WHERE PATIENTS MATTER!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Terrible customer service, very rude. Constantly deliver the wrong items! For example I told them 2 months ago how many Diapers i need as well as other things, never got one order right!! In top they stated they discontinue to provide wipes but I was never notified, I believe they are stealing all the items, but will report this company to be investigated, they have no idea who I am!! They have Consent problems with their customer service, don't even waste your time here!!

I was getting supplies from there and then the girl moved into a different position. The girl who took over was just short of being rude. I didn't need the aggravation or her attitude. She was something else. So I switched places. I would suggest anyone going to this company investigate it thoroughly before using.

I walked in the door and and there were two desks and 3 ladies. No one acknowledged my presence upon entering. Everyone just stared at me. I asked which desk serviced DME and the lady scowled and said "BOTH. What do you want?" They would not let us touch anything because they said it was a liability. I've been to multiple other DME stores where staff assisted in choosing items, troubleshooting effectiveness of the device and teaching me to use features of walkers and wheelchairs. The people here wouldn't lift a finger and in fact nearly refused to speak to me for not handing over Rx. I'm not handing over my prescription until I know they have what I need. They acted like what I was asking for didn't exist (the other DME stores have it but don't take Medicare). They only carry limited stock and DO NOT do any special orders. Medicare website lists they have items which they do not. I'd rather drive across town to Littleton or even Loveland for a Medicare DME facility before I ever set foot in this place again. I hate that Medicare and Medicaid hold people hostage to horrible, denigrating service and this facility is a perfect example.

The absolute WORST company!!!!!! Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else, please!!My husband is an amputee, and went through all the hoops to get LIGHTWEIGHT wheelchair from them. First it took MONTHS to deliver a wheel chair, and when they did, it was 35lb! NOT a lightweight like he had ordered. When he tried to call them, he left countless messages to which Noone responded to. We are now almost a year after the first visit, and STILL don't have the right wheelchair. We were going to go with another company until they FIANLLY reached out and said they were under new management, so we decided to give them another try. They were supposed to arrive at 9:30 in the morning with a chair for him to try, and they did not reach out until 15 minutes AFTER his appointment time to tell him there was a problem and that they had to use his PT for evaluation. He doesn't HAVE a PT, and he had already done the measurements and the evaluation. It is now 1 hour past his appointment time, and they call saying they need more information. I'm sorry, but they had a WEEK to deal with this before his appointment time, not the day of!!SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

Take forever, do not communicate, deliver wrong items even after a year. Save a headache and go with another supplier.

Very disappointed!! I have been waiting for them to deliver my new electric wheelchair since the 30th of October. Mandy has been saying since then nowvfor the 7th time it will be delivered. It is now Christmas Eve. I had a verbal Guarantee from Mandy that my chair WOULD be here today by 1pm. NO SHOW AGAIN.

My experience with this place has been and is horrible. Customer service sucks. Very rude and unprofessional. I asked since I could not get any updates on a simple order for a lyft bath chair and not how the order was rearranged for a shower chair and a something she said. Was very short tempered , rude and hung up in my face when I asked for the order to be canceled. I am disappointed, thought this place was registered with the BBB. Sad.
