I recently ordered a shower door. when it was available my contractor did not pick it up but I called and store said no problem they would hold.so then he goes to pick it up and they say they cancelled the order.so I called again to see if it was there or not there.when I called in they had a record that I had already spoken to someone there but the lady basically said to bad it is cancelled.I was shocked that she did not attempt to solve the problem and assist with the order. she obviously just did not care and apparently the earlier employee also had no idea what was going on. he was friendly but the info he provided apparently was not right.I'm just really surprised that no one even attempts to help solve the problem.

Horrible service. As someone who worked for Lowes the level of service at this store is beyond terrible. Would rather drive an extra 15 mins to Westminster.

I've always appreciated Lowe's but extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I purchased a washer on a Saturday and they told me it would be delivered on Monday. Got a call on Monday and they told me it would have to be rescheduled to Tuesday. Got an email on Tuesday that it would be delivered between 11 am and 3 pm. No delivery at 5pm. Called the store that was supposed to be doing the delivery and they now tell me they don't have any of this washer in stock. Why in the hell couldn't the person who called me on Monday have verified that?!? Was told that there are none in stock in my surrounding area but they can order it with delivery in about a week. I have no washer right now, so told them to cancel the order and placed an order with Best Buy. Hoping my experience with Best Buy is much better. Definitely won't be buying any other appliances from Lowe's.

I have to guess that the reviews for this Lowe's are low because people don't often leave feedback on hardware stores? I absolutely love this Lowe's location. Every time I go they are so well stocked. I love the home plants and garden section here. They have an outstanding lighting section and I was able to find an alternate option for a glass lampshade that broke on my antique lamp.All that said, what made me make come and provide this review was the outstanding customer service I received from their store manager, Bob, this evening. He was really helpful while I was picking up lawn furniture cushions and when I took the boxes out to my car, and the boxes didn't fit, but the cushions did, was a great sport about taking the boxes from me to flatten out in the back. He was so helpful, friendly, and nice. The customer service at this store has always been great. I have a Home Depot .5 miles from my house and drive 9 miles to this location. That's how much I appreciate this store. Many thanks to Bob for all his help.

Ordered a hot water heater for next day install.Few hours later scheduled install.Cancelled a couple thousand dollars in consulting calls to be available for install.Then installer called 20 minutes before "window"."Can't come today" BS This is essentially bait and switch fraud.

Ordered a washer, dryer, pedestals, and accessories from Lowes.com. The earliest delivery date was 1.5 weeks out - so I chose that and took vacation time for the delivery date. Pedestals showed up and the actual washer and dryer did not. Spent an hour on the phone with customer care with their only resolution being that I call the store myself to figure out!!!! (What!!)Called the store to find out the original store "outsourced" it to another store the night before it was to be delivered and moved the delivery date without any notification to me. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks for it to be delivered. And I have to find a place to do laundry in the meantime. They did not offer a discount or anything for the inconvenience.

After going to the Home Depot nextdoor, this store was extremely lackluster. Arguably HD is more of a store for contractors whereas Lowes was created for the general population and to help women feel comfortable, but this Lowe's at least didn't have nearly as much products nor employees to help locate those products.Overall my interactions felt less professional, it wasn't obvious where the carts were, and the whole vibe was kind of off-putting. Home Depot is where it's at in Arvada at least.

Judi in the countertops/cabinets/kitchen department was honestly inept. We couldn't believe it. She ignored our questions and emails, gave us wrong information, continuously told us she'd work on our project "tomorrow" (then would not, requiring me to call and check in), and so on. It was honestly an awful experience. We truly don't believe our countertops would be done if it wasn't for us calling in to check on her. It was like babysitting, only backwards because we had to pay to watch her.We really tried. We thought she may have been having bad days, so we'd give her "extra" days. We tried to reach others at the store, but continuously were told we had to speak directly to her. Once work really started, she just stopped replying, so we had to go elsewhere for part of the work that needed done, even though she had told us Lowe's included that work in the project. It took finally speaking to someone else to even get a call back. When she finally sent us a work order amendment, it was a blurry scan of her handwriting in pencil (pencil!). When asked for something official, she couldn't produce anything. In the end, she told us she'd refund part of the plumbing due to the shortcomings, but she actually just attempted to cancel the work (which was still needed) altogether rather than refund it. We're so glad the nightmare is over. Truly - it was like reverse daycare.The granite company they used was excellent - I believe Granite Sourcing. Go straight to them and avoid this Lowe's department at all costs.
