So I brought a set of brand new tires to be mounted and balanced and have the alignment done this place charged me $305 dollars to mount 6 tires I had recently purchased on line from les schwab they told me they couldn't do my alignment I need $1800 in front end work I just complete replaced the front end with high end parts from synergy this place is "crooks" I brought it to a different alignment shop and they did the alignment they told me that there was nothing wrong with my front end "don't go here unless you want ripped" off. and this same location broke the studs on my wife's porsche cayenne GTS she almost lost her wheels I had to have the car towed to them

I am perplexed by how this place has a 4.4-star rating; it seems that many people fail to recognize good service. I scheduled an appointment because my previous experience—a tire rotation and oil change—took over two hours at this location. I understand that places can get busy, which is why I made an appointment. However, when I arrived at the scheduled time, I was informed that there was no record of my appointment. The staff member asked irrelevant questions, leaving me to wait as if I had just walked in without an appointment. I wish I could say this is an isolated incident, but I have visited several Les Schwab locations, from Cheyenne, Wyoming, to Colorado Springs, and the service has consistently been subpar.

My wife and I went to do our yearly summer/winter tire change up. We made an appointment, we still waited over an hour when it was not busy, so they may be lacking in help. But a tire change over with an appointment should not take that long. Waiting around for an hour isn’t such a big deal but when the older lady at the front desk doesn’t even say hi or goodbye or any kind of minimal conversation. That is FN rude! Employees at the store know exactly who I’m talking about.

After being lied to for about 5 hours at Big-O I brought my Jeep to Les Schwab. Should have come here first. Very nice and had me taken care of in about half an hour. Highly recommend.

10/2/24 We brought our Toyota Sequoia in for routine tire rotate and balance. We also requested an alignment as we are about to go on a long road trip. The technician working on the vehicle brought back a spec sheet for the alignment and stated that he didn't see a reason to charge us for an alignment as it was in spec already. I'm a 30 year Master Auto technician and after review, I agreed with the tech. Alignment specs are very easy to manipulate, so this kind of honesty and integrity is greatly appreciated. Too top it off, we were not even charged for an alignment check, which is industry standard and most service centers I have worked in and managed would have charge for this. You have earned a repeat customer. TY

Took care of a flat on a loaner car we had from the dealership just before they were closing. Very polite staff and very well trained.
Very surprised by the level of service. Glad to have them in our town. Eric the tech need special shout out with the promt quick service on the tire. Will be back for more business in future.

I went in to get my tires balanced, and the tech came out and told me I needed to fix my brakes. I knew I needed to replace my front pads, but he quoted me to replace pads, rotors, and calipers. Which is absolute nonsense. The calipers do not need to be replaced for the heck of it. I was curious, so I pulled my tires off, and my rotors were fine as well. So, of the three things they said I needed to replace, only one of them actually needed it. My tires were balanced when I left, which is why I gave them 2 stars.

Jed helped me out today. I expressed my concerns with my tire and he got the job done. I had a nail and they fixed it up and didn’t even charge me! Fast service and friendly.

Today was my trial run and the first time ever stepping into a Les Schwab after I missed my appointment with Discount Tire. So let’s start at the beginning. They built a recently new one close to my house and when I pulled up there was ample parking and when I walked inside I was quickly greeted and promptly was checked in. I was told an estimate of price and sat down to wait. I gotta hand it to LS they have a significantly nicer waiting room than any discount tire that I’ve ever been to. And props to them again for being competitive. I believe their pricing was pretty much the exact same for swapping my winters to summers. I didn’t wait too long. I think maybe about 40 minutes at most.
However, after paying for my service I pulled up my (tesla) app checking the tire pressures and seeing a couple as low as 35 and my front right one at the highest. I asked them if they would check and refill them to which they had me pull up. But then the guy i was dealing asked the tech what he set them to and he assured me the tpms just need calibration. Driving home the car was pulling to the left pretty moderately. Stopped at a Discount Tire air check and had them set it all the way around for me and the sensors update within 15 seconds of him pulling the hose off. I don’t know, I suppose I wanted better overall attention to detail to match the superior overall presentation. Otherwise I can get it done with Tesla or Discount.
Had I not had my tires checked/filled to the correct pressures, I’d be driving around definitely causing premature wear to my tires, my awd system and lack just overall safety. Maybe one more shot? Maybe… but really not sure.

Took my wife's car for an oil change. She ended up needing new tires and rear brakes. Which we already expected. They were extremely professional and had it all done at a great price and on the same day. Everyone we worked with was extremely professional and polite. No pressure either they just told us what was going on what was needed and let us make the decisions. Unlike other high-pressure places I've been to.

They don’t follow instructions properly and reinstalled my skid plate incorrectly and it fell off while driving after my last oil change. All five bolts that held it on were not properly torqued and wiggled free.I started coming here because I believed they would provide more attention and care compared to Jiffy Lube or Grease Monkey, but it seems the quality of service is comparable. My first visit was great and they did what I asked and were quick and efficient. The second time we brought my car in, my wife dropped it off and instead of a quick oil change she requested, they spent an hour inspecting the car for issues and incorrectly identified my brand new ball joints as needing replacement (they were fine) and wasted her time trying to sell her a cheap spacer lift on our car for $2k rather than just changing the oil like she asked. The whole operation took two hours.I provided written instructions for my wife to hand off asking for just the front tires to be balanced, they ignored these and instead rotated and balanced all four ties (something I didn’t want) and did a bad job on the balance and now my car shakes in the steering wheel when driving it.*update* the manager kindly agreed to refund the cost of my oil change to make this right, which I appreciate and will take them up on.They get three stars for good customer service for this gesture.

Les Schwab has consistently delivered excellent service, from my daughters flat tire that 3 shops couldn’t fix to my Fleet Car that needs new tires. Many places don’t like dealing with Fleet companies, but “Sharon” at this location can work her magic, and get me back on the road with excellent all season and snow tires when needed. Thank you Les Schwab!
