I recently brought my dump trailer that had issues with electrical that other trailer repair centers couldnt figure out. They figured out the problem with ease. They have the best prices in town. I’m extremely grateful for them getting me back on the road.

Had a 5th wheel installed. Very accurate detailed work?
Went back a month later cuz I had an issue with my turning point hitch wedge. Honesty and good information should be appreciated these days. Jake was awesome. I got great info, he fixed the problem and even fielded a call after I left. Highly recommend.

I had a trip planned to head to the mountains this past Sunday but when I hooked up my camper to my hitch the washers and pin for my weight distribution had broken. No one on Sunday could fix it as not many places were open. I decided to leave Monday morning and stop at Lampert’s on my way. I walked in at 7:30 with low expectations as this was a very last minute thing. Blake was at the desk and greeted me. I told him what was going on and he got up and came outside to look at my camper and hitch. He asked for my keys so he could take it around back to see what he could do. I had my dogs with me and he told me they are dog friendly which gives them 5 more stars - the three of us got to hang out in the waiting area. No more than 20 minutes later, Blake walked in and told me it’s all fixed and we are good to go! I was shocked! We walked out to my camper, he asked me if I had my sway bars and that he would put them on for me and in less than 30 minutes total from the time I walked in the door on a Monday morning, we were on the road to our camping trip. Blake was kind, courteous, extremely efficient, and knowledgeable. He pet my dogs when I got them out of my truck and told me about his late Golden, JD. I know this sounds crazy, but I honestly felt like family during this very short encounter. Between Blake and his friendly greeting, petting my dogs, talking about his pup, getting totally taken care of in 30 minutes allowing me to get my dogs to the mountains. Thanks, Lampert Hitch! You are my new go to hitch shop! ?

Unfortunately, my experience here was not great. I called an got a quote for a Stealth hitch for my vehicle. Called around to a few more places and decided to go with Lampert for their good reviews and fair price despite being on the other side of town. Called back and spoke to the same person, Blake. Asked him to get it ordered because he said they don't carry them in stock. Blake said they happen to have one left in stock. He was awesome and got me scheduled the very next morning.
After my install, I drove home. Went to take off my stealth hitch, but couldn't. Called back the shop to see if I'm missing something and they got me over to Blake. Blake became extremely defensive and claims I asked for a curt hitch (never even heard of the name until this moment). I was understanding and said mistakes happen, I just need to get the correct one. He kept on making excuses as why this one was put on. Eventually he said he will order the one I requested and will call when it gets in and then hung up while I was talking. That was two weeks ago.
As far as the install and time to install goes, that was all great.
I'm sure my experience is an outlier, don't let my poor experience with Blake stop you from coming here.

Very knowledgeable and super helpful when I called. When I got there they remembered my name and had the part waiting for me. They took the time to come out to my truck and have a look. Snapped on a simple part for and gave me a solution/hack for my fuse clip that I broke off .The hack saved me from a headache down the road. This place is top notch with a staff to match. Oh and they also told me I was welcome to stop by after I finished my project if I needed anything or for them to check it out. This is the go to place!

My search for a hitch and bike rack for my mountain bike and wife's e-bike was like navigating a muddy, rutted mountain trail – bumpy, uncertain, and full of dead ends. I came to Lampert a few weeks ago with a problem with my 2021 Jeep. Nobody could figure out what was drawing my battery dead. We shopped around for a hitch to hold a bike rack and the price differential was huge! Quotes ranged between $550-$1100 for the same rack!
Lampert were great not only their price but service and speed of install.
