Helloooo amazing customer service! When I say Jessie and the ENTIRE team at Kratom USA are rock stars, I ain’t lying. The store is also clean, well organized, and they have The Largest selection of Kratom I’ve ever seen. The quality of the Kratom has been the best I’ve had and is unmatched to everywhere else I’ve had it from- and I’ve tried a lot. O_OTheir prices are also so reasonable. And they deliver which is amazingly convenient. I could go on! Thank youuu Kratom USA.

Great communication and super friendly staff. I'm also amazed at how well it works! I'm currently customizing my dosage dosage. I don't think I've ever experienced this kind of complete communication to text and email. Almost instant. Thanks guys!

Love this place, staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable. Prices are competitive and quality is great. Me and my gf used to go to Golden Botanicals in Federal Heights but they got shut down by the city. We went there because it was closer to us so after they closed we had to scramble to find another place to get our kratom and its a good thing too because we both love this place now. A small boutique shop in downtown Arvada, it’s a bit further away but after going in a couple times we are familiar enough with their options (we like the red and green maeng da) that we now order for delivery—that there is no extra charge for!! You just have a mandatory minimum order amount depending on how far away you live. But we always give the girls a cash tip for coming out to us. So convenient!They also have some really nice smelly good products in-store that I think are locally sourced, not sure about that tho. I get my gf the bath bombs every so often, she loves them. Great place overall (and they pay their city taxes, lol)

I've been a fan of kratom for some time now and have been through so many vendors until I found these guys. Their products are better quality and somehow cheaper than nearly every vendor I've used previously. Oh, the staff is also top notch, friendly and knowledgeable.

I'm not too sure if the reviews are legit on thisThere's too many people claiming it's 5 stars on here and that the product is so goodIn my opinion it's just as good as any other regular kratom And it's nowhere near the price they're putting on it!!! Way way overpriced!!!

This place is the best! We have tried many places and we always find our way back here! It's a little pricey compared to others but they have the best quality. Plus they always send us some freebies so it gives us a chance to try other stuff that we probably wouldn't have tried!
