I had an issue with my A/C that had persisted for weeks. I came to Urban Autocare in Arvada after searching for quality auto shops in Denver. The Denver location was fully booked for the next week, but the kind person at the shop helped me contact the Arvada shop for a next-day appointment. When I dropped off my car the next morning, the man at the front desk rode in the car with me so he could hear exactly what I was concerned about. He quickly explained their thorough inspection process, which was nice. I went on my way, and a few hours later, my car was ready! Because the A/C problem was an easy fix, they did not charge me more than the inspection costs. They also assured me they inspected for a deeper issue and signs of damage, but found nothing to worry about. I haven’t had an issue with my A/C since. These folks really took care of me, which I rarely feel happens at an autocare shop these days. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality and professional car care. They’ve made a repeat customer out of me!

Highly recommend Urban Autocare. They really wen your of their way for me by letting me leave my dead car in their lot for a week after giving a speedy and helpful diagnosis. Kyle was the guy I talked to most and he was really helpful and seemed like a great guy!

Alfredo did an excellent job on my 4 Runner...not only did he change the oil but he also fixed a minor problem on my hatchback trunk mechanism at no extra charge! Kyle and his his team are friendly , knowledgeable and courteous! And they have the cleanest Auto shop I have ever seen! They make you feel comfortable and there is a family vibe to the place!

First of all, I have never experienced an auto repair shop quite like this one. After making an online appt, I received a voicemail the next day confirming my appointment. That in itself was unique in that I have usually received just a text. It was more of a personal touch on customer service. I dropped of the car the night before and before they began the work, I received another call to confirm the issue and if there was anything else I needed. They called again to let me know what they had found and all the costs associated with the repair. They also found other items that needed repair but gave me the option to say yes or no before the work began. They took pictures and sent them to me via email along with the costs associated with each item. After the repair, I got another call that the work was completed and was pleasantly surprised that the price was $300 less than originally stated. Chris was especially nice when I picked up my car and we had a short conversation about older vehicles and such. After getting home from work that evening, I noticed they had fixed a lens that needed repair but I had previously decided not to fix. Wow! Above and beyond! I'll be doing business with Urban Auto for a long time in the future!
One more thing. A week later got another follow-up call from Urban Auto just to see if all was ok. Best customer service from an auto repair shop I've ever received!

Brought my Volvo in to get check engine diagnostic. Unfortunately, they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it (not their fault, Volvos fault). They didn’t charge me anything even after trying to diagnose it. Maybe I have just had bad experiences in the past but all the other shops I’ve been to would have charged me diagnostic fees still. Super nice and honest!

Great customer service and quick turnaround time. I worked with Kyle who was very knowledgeable. I called in on a Friday around lunch time, and Kyle helped me get connected with a tow company same day for my broken down Honda Accord. They kept the car indoors over the weekend. My alternator has been replaced twice in the past two years by another shop and this was the 3rd time it has failed in 2-3 years. His quote beat the other shop by about 20% of what they quoted me two years ago plus I get double the warranty I got at the other shop! The other shop did a 2 year, 24,000 mile warranty, but Kyle's shop charged me less and included a 4 year, 40,000 mile warranty. Kyle had the issue diagnosed by Monday, and my car was ready by Tuesday. The old shop I used couldn't even look at my vehicle until next Monday. I can't recommend these guys enough! They'll take care of ya!
