One employee told me that I could use their restrooms but I needed to get the code from someone up front. The one upfront then lied to me saying the public couldn't use the restrooms even though I had in the past and lied presumably simply because she couldn't be bothered to do her job. As an uber driver who relies on public restrooms when I'm working and dozens of miles away from home these type of games aren't amusing.

I have to give a 3. I absolutely love Kings. However, I really feel like they lack with their pick up order process. I’ve never had so many problems with a pick up order like I do with Kings. Last time, my order pick up time was pushed out almost 2h after the time it was supposed to be ready. Pick-up is supposed to help us make our lives easier. Due to that time difference it set my entire day back. There isn’t a bag option in the app. So as always remember to have your bags when you pick up. I had to help the employee put everything in my car because our family was in rush. The employee was giving me another persons order. My bread was smashed and after I got home to unload, I noticed I didn’t even get everything I ordered. Target so far holds #1 for customer service in all areas. Sometimes it’s better to pay the extra costs. I highly recommend not to use their pick up or delivery options. Hopefully the lack of leadership in this department changes and improves very soon.

Not cool taking away the public restrooms. Had to abandon my shopping and go elsewhere.

This is a much larger store than im used to. 28 aisles. Takes a while to grab everything you need from both ends. I don't like that the refrigerated meats/breakfast meats are at the complete opposite end of the store as the cheese and other dairy items. Carts were outside in the rain not many were inside. Paper bags for easy check out.

I will never shop this particular Kings again. A regular customer cannot use the restroom in this store. No public use whatsoever. So, so, so stupid! With the amount y'all are price gouging us on groceries you should be able to hire a bathroom attendant if you're having that many problems.

I came to get gas, tried to pay with a gift card that I checked right before I went to pay, the balance was 50 dlls, I asked the cashier, who’s name is Ashley to ring me up for 40 dlls , she is pretty rude by the way, it seems like she doesn’t like her position at all she was just sitting, going through her phone and seem really annoyed by me asking her to ring me up for some gas, she was very disrespectful and yelling at me. They took the 40 dlls out of the gift card and she said I still owe her 30 dlls that was unacceptable! They taking my money out and still wanting me to pay more??? What kind of joke is this! Not returning to this store! Poor service

Was in King Soopers today and they had thier public restrooms closed . I think this is ilegal. Never going to go to this Kings again. I asked an employee why and they stated they closed them for employee safety.

Seems like they don't want anyone to use this store. The staff is rude and forget it if you have children and need a place to change a diaper. Restrooms are for employees only.

This is hands down the worst King soopers I've ever been to. The employees are rude as could be! Wouldn't open a register at night when I had a cart stocked full of groceries. I'll be staying away from this ghetto location that needs a security guard. I hope they have putting that stuff away!
