Came to get gas and the employee stayed talking with the person in this car for for 5 mins and was already there when I pulled in. Had to go around the back and ask her for her service. Then continued to go back and talk.

This is the worst supermarket in Colorado. Possibly the world.

I WILL NOT return to this store due to discrimination, as well as the fact that there’s a King Soopers Marketplace (which offers far more natural and organic products), that’s located less than ten minutes from this store. My husband and I visited this store over the weekend and were quite upset upon leaving. In nearly every department, I noticed the security officer making eye contact with me. At first, I thought he was doing his rounds and our eyes happened to cross, but I still felt as though I were being surveilled. I chalked it up to my social awkwardness. Then, in the coffee and tea department, I noticed that another employee seemed to be watching me. I tried moving out of her way, but she kept getting closer and closer. This went on for a while. Something didn’t seem right, but yet again, I chalked it up to my social anxiety. Finally, we decided to check out and went to a lane with a cashier as to avoid any more discomfort. We spent almost $250 on groceries. When we left the store, I told my husband about my experience. He said the security officer followed him into the bathroom while I was shopping…If you guys want to surveil paying customers, don’t make it so obvious. You have cameras throughout the store and can watch people without making them uncomfortable. I would have spent more money at this store, but the whole situation was so uncomfortable that I just wanted to leave. I just can’t really understand why we were subjected to this discrimination. It honestly felt like harassment after thinking about it. It’s really unfortunate. I will not return to this store, nor would I recommend this store to anyone. I will take my money elsewhere, to a place where I can shop in comfort and feel respected.

Victor Hugo is rolling in his grave from the existence of a store that primarily sells food having steel one way gates at the entrances and an armed, uniformed Police officer guarding self checkout. don't let anyone fool you and say this is about protecting customers, this is the excess of a monopoly that now controls all the large grocery chains in the country. unregulated, crony capitalism has a stranglehold on the working class and they don't even hide it anymore.

This is one of those places that closes before their posted hours. I arrived at 10:48 p.m. in hopes of being in and out with two quick items. The security guy told me they now shut the doors early because too many people try to come in near closing time. I asked, "why not post 10:45 or 10:50 as the closing hours?" He said: "Because then people will come at 10:40." Well, if your goal is to get out by 11 anyway . . .I get that you wouldn't go to a sit-down restaurant right before close, but 10-15 minutes is plenty of time for people in search of an item or two. Thankfully there are other similar options nearby in which you won't have to play the guessing game. Still leaving three stars because the store is solid otherwise.

Worst king Soopers, their employees have no customer service skills and the shopping carts are either missing safety belts or are slanted forward so kiddos are uncomfortable. Our last attendant Carrie w, was the absolute worst. The pharmacy was actually respectable though.

The self checkout person was the nastiest employee I have ever met at this store. We needed help several times, because their system sucks! He yelled at my husband to put the item down, then argued with me. The woman next to us needed help and he/she/them yelled at it as well.Fix your employees and discipline please. No excuse to get so frustrated at the grocery store!!!

It's a busy grocery store with little or no concern about how cramped everything is. Nothing like paying premium prices to scan, bag, and pay for your own groceries. Sign out front reads "Lettuce Hire U" starting at $16.50/hr. Y'all bring in millions and yet you can't offer a livable wage ...wow talk about delusional and greedy business owners.

I only go to this store because it is the closest one to me. Writing this because of the latest occurrence, cause this definitely isn't a first where they close their doors early. I'm inclined to write this only because I was not the only one turned away, along with me was a man who walked to the store, who knows how far, for one item he needs to complete dinner for his family. This man was walking with a cane mind you. And he left more than empty-handed. All so the KS manager can get off the clock sooner. Couldn't even offer an explanation, let alone come to the door to give a reason. Coward. Would love a response message or feedback to why occurrences like this seem to happen regularly. If your hours state tour open until 11 1050 does not do justice for closing your doors, some people depend upon your services. Granted, today and in this instance, I can wait until another day but I can't say the same about the father that just went home to his family having to create a new game plan or worse.

Went in this morning to grab 2 items before workI was in a hurry and didn't notice that the machine had said no cash. Paid for most of my transactions with a gift card and had a balance of like.87 cents. I put a dollar in and the machine said wait for attendant, which was a lady by the name of Nora, shorter woman with dark hair and glasses. I told her what happened and she pointed to no cash sign, with an attitude, that was placed where you really couldn't see it. I told her I just wanted a receipt for my purchase and didn't care about the change. She snapped and said oh, I can get the change. I told her I didn't want to wait any longer then I had since she and the woman were in a deep conversation at the service counter and I had to wait for their conversation to end for her to help.Nora, I'm sorry I interrupted your conversation and had you come do your job instead of participating in gossip hour

Had my van stolen from there parking lot, a week ago as well as I had my iPhone stolen from there a few months back. The staff had not a care in the world to help me figure anything out in fact a couple of employees ignored myself and the fact that I had just had my only vehicle I owned and drove back and forth to work and my grandson to the mountains taken away by a homeless woman. My oldest daughter was the one that insisted the camera video be watched. The GM on duty told us we were lucky the security staff was on duty so as to be able to watch the self checkout footage. There are no cameras out in the parking lots either, one would like to think given the homelessness and crime that continues to occur they would ensure the safety and security of there patrons would be of importance. I have seen other vehicles at that parking lot get windows broken out of cars to steal anything they can find. If you want to feel unsafe and insecure by all means that is where you shop but speaking for myself I will no longer patron there for my safety as well as my families safety. Still have yet to find my vehicle but am hoping to find it soon. Unfortunately have to resort to riding a 21/2 hour bus ride now thanks to those who would rather steal than work.

Always out of carts. I've been going to only this grocery store for 4 years but I'm going to start driving a little further to a store that has carts. My arm was getting pulled out by the basket. That seriously was not a fun trip, not doing it anymore.

Went to the deli at KS 64th and sheridan to get boars head low sodium turkey. the lady whose name i failed to get sliced the best turkey i have had any where. approx 11am. who ever she is needs to teach everyone slicing how to slice. most slice it so thin it turns out to be a jumbled mess. This lady sliced it a tad bit thicker and the slices are perfect, not a jumbled mess. 5 stars to this lady. i hope she is the mgr of that dept and will teach others how to slice.
