I've been shopping at this store for 17 years and customer service has always been decent. Loved Ryan, he was the best!! The last two visits we have had an encounter with rude guy who I think he thinks he just to cool or he just has horrible sense of humor. He made my kids feel like they were stealing in self checkout on one visit and last weeks visit he made a rude comment that I feel made him look stupid. He pissed me off enough to leave a review, maybe that's is his goal. Not sure but he is very unprofessional and just unpleasant. I'm actually going to call manager today just in case anyone cares about customer service, but I'm beginning to feel like it is just lost everywhere not just here.

GAS PRICES! Gas is posted at $3.15 but when you get to the pump it’s $3.39. If it’s $3.39 at the pump then that’s how it should be posted. Shell across 64th is $3.15, less expensive even with the king soopers “discount”

This place is fine: friendly workers, clean aisles, well stocked. If anything, I'd ask for a better seafood selection. For that I usually go to H MART or Great Wall. Everyone complaining needs a reality check. You don't show up anywhere (restaurants, grocery stores, etc) 10 min before closing and expect full service. Closing time is kick out time not end of service time. The entitlement of the local community is the problem not this store.

If I could give negative stars I would! I am completely infuriated with how this store shuts their doors early. Not to mention makes an announcement every minute leading up to closing.
I shopped here this evening and forgot a bag of ice. When I came back minutes later to try to get the ice the rude 7 foot tall security guard told me they were closed. It was 10:55. I would’ve had plenty of time to grab a bag of ice and leave before closing.

Customer service department sucks it was 6:00 pm on Thursday and made wait there for 30 minutes for an attendant and nobody showed up, y asked the self checkout people about it and said wait another 15 minutes for an attendant just to pay. The night before they closed customer service because they are short on help. Terrible service.

Just git a 2 price dark from their deli. When he asked what sides I wanted I realized that all the sides looked like they had been sitting for hours without even being stirred. Mac and cheese was completely dried out/crunchy and the mashed potatoes had chewy peices of crusty dry potato in it. I decided the only thing I could actually eat safely was the chicken and the roll. He asked if I wanted gravy and gestured toward a half pan with a 1/4 inch layer of burnt gravy paste and I respectfully declined ? worst King soopers deli by far
Edit: the next time I come in for only prepacked goods, I use self checkout cause they don't have a cashier available, pay for all my stuff, and as I'm walking out with all my stuff in my arms cause apparently we don't use bags anymore. The guy who was right there asked to see my receipt like I'm some kind of thief! Showed him the receipt. Not my fault you weren't paying attention, what are they even paying them for at this point?
And another thing***
Your water fountain has had the light on to change the filter for almost a year ?
I'm just gonna make this review a journal of how much this place sucks, today I needed 1 onion, I came across easily a dozen rotten/soft onions before finding 1 that I'd serve/eat. Self checkout guy shot me a dirty look on my way out for some reason.

Seriously, you got employees all over the place staring at the lines, half the check stands open, only half of self checkout open, and people with carts full in self check out and lines to the door, thus place is a joke

We are being charged now for paper bags. Why are we paying for paper bags? The thing with plastic bags was bad enough. But fine. They’re bad for the environment. Paper though? Really? Seems like a rip off if you ask me. Especially with the cost of groceries.
