Be very careful! I was given the wrong medication. Pharmacist was super rude. She didn’t care about there negligence. It took them 24 hour to notify me of their mistake. Kingsoopers store manager was supposed to call me. Never heard from anyone there. Please double-check your prescription. I would never go back!

The grocery baggers need to get a clue - grocery shopping already costs a fortune - the LEAST you could do is take the time to train these employees on how to stack the items in the bag. Let me drop hundreds for your idiot of a clerk to smash and destroy the products?! Figure it out. Maybe I'll have better luck at a different location.

As for the pharmacy in this store, I just finished reading the reviews from 2-5 years ago. I can certainly say that NOTHING has changed. They treat some customers as friends and others as diseased plague ridden scum. Their service is the most rude I have ever seen. Their techs starts off nice and then they take on the personality of their manager who is a nasty person (machelle). Being someone that is disabled and needs their meds when they are due, they treat me like a drug addicted addict. It's terrible. People are sick and just because you don't look sick doesn't mean you aren't. They speculate and decide for themselves who gets good service and who doesn't. They will transfer your prescriptions to different locations because they don't want to help you anymore. Something needs to be done about the manager and her attitude that obviously taints the newer employees. Her current student, learning her nasty behavior, is Angelica. Trust me, she wasn't named appropriately. She has nothing to do with being angelic. Take your scripts somewhere else... trust me. These women are worse then the Gestapo!!! They will let you die before filling your life sustaining medications.

Just started working there a 3 weeks ago.. this store is weekly pay to keep in mind. The manager always held off on setting my clock in information set up. Which was sketch. So I had to write it on paper. I'm wondering now if I'm going to get paid because I went in for my check on pay day .. & it was already mailed out. Daughters birthday coming up and cannot buy anything because they mailed my check out when in person I asked if I could pick it up from the store for birthday reasons. Any teens looking for a 1st job I wouldn't recommend. Everyone in deli said it took month to get there first check.. so yeah..

If it were up to me, I'd rate them a score of zero. The employees' behavior towards my 84-year-old grandmother is particularly disrespectful. While it's true that many businesses are facing staffing shortages, mistreating individuals is unacceptable. Do better Holly.

Lost our pick up order three out of four weeks in a row. Got a call at 7:30 this morning, "There's a problem with our app so we will not be fulfilling your order." It would be a nice service if it could be offered with any consistency. We can put up with the fact that they can't find a few items each week, that new staff often put in damaged fruit, but if they lose your order often, it doesn't make sense to take an hour to upload your list.

This pharmacy is the worst around. I have waited in lines for up to 40 minutes just to get my prescription and what a joke. The staff is over whelmed, under staffed, and has no professionalism. Take your medication literally any where else

This is a terrible Kings. The employees at the self checkout are ancient and seem to enjoy socializing more than doing their jobs. They don't care if people wears masks. Very poor customer service. We were treated very rudely.

King Soopers is the Colorado version of Kroger's which does business under a multitude of names across the country. Nice grocery store. Good selection; well stocked; clean.

Update: After TEN DAYS of phone calls involving myself, my physician, and this pharmacy--including two encounters with a tech who literally shouted at me on two occasions--they continued to insist that my prescription did not exist. I gave up and transferred to another pharmacy. The new pharmacy located my records, found the "non-existent" prescription, and had everything ready in less than one day. DO NOT GO HERE. Rude, rude, rude, unprofessional and incompetent.

Ordered available refills on meds filled regularly at this pharmacy and was notified they were available. Pharmacy had in fact 1) sent scrips to wrong store. When I requested they simply fill them at right store, I was told one was controlled substance and 2) could not be retransferred. Rather than argue this, I 3)requested another available refill from this store, which had the original script and verified refills. Was 4)told it was too early (bec of their transfer to wrong store, which I did not pick up) and they would 5)not refill but require new scrip. (They had not 6)called MD nor 7)notified me 8)regardless of their own errors causing the problems.) Asked that they 9) contact my physician and they agreed to do so. Two days later, no scrip bec 10)they hadn't done so. Called my MD, who immediately called new scrip to store. Contacted store, who 11)began the entire saga all over again---on three occasions--and 12)denied having received new scrip. It was then ten days after I had originally ordered scrip. In the interim, I had been *literally* called two names by one tech, *literally* shouted at by a second (who also told me to "shut up"), and verbally abused by one pharmacist. None of these people reviewed/were able to understand the problem. None allowed me *to complete a sentence*.I am a physician. I have long dealt with the vagaries of pharmacies and summoned extra patience for dealing with problems. I identified myself only as a patient in this ordeal.I am well into middle age and have lived in several cities. I have never encountered so much confusion in a pharmacy, or been treated so abominably, while remaining clear and courteous, by any business. These people have a significant problem with accuracy, basic courtesy, maturity, and listening. I would fire at least two out of the three I encountered. No patient should be treated in this manner (rudely andincompetently). Drive extra miles if necessary, but avoid this place.Post-script: When I was finally able to pick these up, the tech quoted me a price and sent the cash-container, cutting me off before I could explain my card was on file. Wouldn't respond to call button. I sent the container back empty, and she said "You forgot to put any money in there. I can't help you." Walked away again. Many calls later, I explained this to another tech, who replied, "You should have told her you had a card on file. It saves us a lot of work."I give up. Just don't use this pharmacy.
