Poor customer service. Never willing to fill a prescription while you wait. A minimum of 20 minutes to count 30 pills.

They are always prompt and courteous. The cost was more than I could pay. I found it $100 less at Costco, but King soopers was able to beat that price. With the cost of groceries skyrocketing along with heating the house,etc we are learning to do without so many things. The first time this has happened since we were newly weds almost 60 years ago.

Received medical procedure yesterday, and was informed the script would be sent electronically and ready for pick up by the time I was sent home after recovery.Script was received at 3pm and when I arrived at 5pm, was told it would be another hour. Protocol for scripts when medical procedures are done should take precedence.I had to suffer in pain all night. And with back surgery, now I have to drag myself back there. When I should be home resting. And had a ride to get me there the first time.Not to mention the staff of technicians are quite rude. They offer no empathy or compassion or kindness when approached at counter.They truly behave as though you’re interrupting their day, when it’s their job. Definitely not professional or properly trained.

I called to check on prescription. She asked me to hold. I hold. Then she said that I don't have any medicine prescription and disconnected on me.I had to call again to see if they had the medicines. She did check demonstrating annoying sound's and says that she can't do it on the phone. I said that I would be there clarifying that I have eye infection and I just want to make sure they have the medicine. I arrived at the 64th location.There was slightly overweight women with blonde highlights on the phone.She ignores me for about 10 minutes. Although it was not clear what she was doing. Nobody else. I waited then after 8 minutes she said " I will be right there! She arrived after +5 min and I hand her my prescription and card.I asked how much would be the copy. She :" I don't know I told you that I can't do it!!"I said mam I called you like 15 minutes ago and you said that you had the medicines on stock.She started shouting/ screaming!"I told you you gotta sit and wait, while I refill the prescription!!!I said I am going to wait - but stop shouting, why are you shouting on me???She said "well I do it because... I am sorry"! Her tone was not sorry she was angry at me! Having in mind my face look terrible because of a severe allergy reaction...She saw that I am impaired and decided to verbally abuse me- because she can!!!This medicine pick up was extremely traumatic. Owful.She didn't bring the medicine - she send an Asian woman instead, otherwise I would have written her name here. She wear glasses, about 5'4/5.7 approximately 160/170 pounds. Hair long up below shoulders. Blond highlights.Just owful.I feel hate, bullied, discrimination, not welcome, not valued. Just worse than a ?.I don't recommend this pharmacy stuff, owful.

I've personally had nothing but terrible experiences here. It's nearly impossible to ask any employee for help. The food in the deli is always disgusting. And the pharmacy is a rude and horrible disaster. I've never seen such horrible customer service. The lady was literally arguing with me. It's dirty and unsanitary. Just don't waste your time here.

The pharmacy is absolutely a disaster and so rude. Employees can never be food and the ambiance is terrible. You can't find anything you're looking for.

I really appreciate Alisha helping me get a refill with Rx coupon when I lost insurance in October. I hesitated to get a refill afraid of high cost and missed a few days of meds. Thank you!

Every time I submit a refill online I get confirmation, then they don't have it and I have to make another doctor's appointment and go weeks without meds.

I really appreciate this pharmacy, the people are kind and helpful. They are always available to answer questions and give you the time you need to make sure every question is answered. This is especially important when having little kids. I always have questions about their medications and interactions.

I am sitting in the parking lot, shaking my head. I just bagged my own groceries in front of the purple haired bagger, who literally just stood there looking around like she had nothing else to do. Won't be shopping here ever again.If you're reading this trying to decide whether to shop here, don't. Hop in your car and head south, there's two very nice KSs down Sheridan with much better staff and bigger selections, pharmacy staff who are helpful, and baggers who bag quickly and efficiently.

I worked for KS for about six weeks. I liked the people for the most part. I kept have issues with a racist Supervisor named Eugene. His bosses did not seem to care when I brought up the issues. I refused to work with a racist, which I know when I see one. The issue of racist employee at KS are ignored. Glad I quit. If you have anyone treating you disrespectfully and continues. QUIT for your self respect and compliant to your higher upper. If they care.

My wife and I frequent this grocery store, or we used to until this past weekend. We witnessed 3 adult men buying ALL of the baby formula they could. It was clear that they were not buying for their children. They were openly talking about selling this at price gouging costs online.When a woman tried to alert store management to what was happening, a horrible older woman who worked here and claimed she was management tried to admonish this woman for alerting them to this. Now with major brands rationing their supplies, I would hope this horrid woman would be fired or reprimanded, but I am certain the ineptitude of the management at this store would prevent them from raising a finger. Or even be able to read this review without a dictionary.We will not be shopping here again and I encourage others to avoid them as well. I only wish I was there to enact Colorado's mutual combat law with these fine specimens
