Pathetic!I have 2 doctorates and have been exposed to everything from our health care system to those of 3rd world nations.The lack of customer service can be debated, the lack of empathy and caring at this pharmacy cannot.Lots of tech, lots of blather, however this pharmacy is a sales kiosk.The pharmacy fails in the most basic, humanity and personality.The employees act as if they are doing you a favor filling prescriptions.Demeaning.

Super rude and slow here. I came up at 1258 and needed a quick pickup for my daughter's eye drops for her eye infection and they were already on their way out. Not that I knew they closed at 1 at the time but rude, then they asked a dude who I've interacted with a few times if there's any possibility and he yells at me nothing they can do, side note, dude has a power trip complex.I hate that this is the closest pharmacy to me and being a dad to a young baby convenience is key but man, they sure are rude and slow.

Went to get my prescriptions and when I got home one was missing. I called my doctor and it was called in again. I went to get it and they said they were out of Advair Friday before a holiday weekend. On Tuesday I get a text that they have my prescription. I sent someone for it and they were given the wrong thing-Albuterol. I called and they found the Advair at another KingSoopers and will not refund me for the wrong prescription. Would give less than 1 star. They can’t do anything to make up for their mistake? Should people really be using their pharmacy? Why didn’t they tell me in the first place that they didn’t have it?

I have RSV. They phoned in prescriptions at around 6 pm. My son was going to pick them up for me. I called at 7 and the message was they wouldn't be ready until this morning. Then I got a text a 7:30 saying it was ready and by the time I got in touch with my son and he ran over there they were closed. So I had to go pick them up today. I'm in a mask and very weak. I was the only person there with 4 employees walking around the pharmacy, and I waited about 10 minutes before someone came to help me. Not good customer service

I think the people who gave one star must be the privileged type. Every time I go there the service is fantastic and friendly and they always ask if I have any questions. They even recommended the good rx card they sell. It saves more than insurance on all of my medications.

I give this store 4 stars because they are the gold standard every grocer should follow. From their meat selection to their produce King Soopers is the gold standard. This review is for the King Soopers on Wadsworth and 80th in Westminster CO.Most of my complaints on Yelp are due to young people and this one is no different. Young people refuse to do more than their asked and if given any liberty they take advantage, The guy I'm about to describe probably works his butt off so I hope he chalks this up to experience.I had surgery on a foot an need to get around with the help of electric carts the store offers. I sat down on one and the seat was covered in water so I was now sporting a wet keister. I found the cart retrieval staff and told him. He responded it was someone else's job to clean them. I told him that he navigated the cart all the way in and parked it as ready to use and now I was wet. He said "yep" and walked away. After shopping I returned my cart only to notice the cast seat was still covered in water. I got the manager and he wiped it offering "They shouldn't be outside any way"..seriously parents, there's got to be a better way. Teach your children to not hesitate going the extra mile..These are the people who will be taking care of us when we are old and feeble..

No matter what, my sooper card account NEVER WORKS with digital coupons and I get overcharged EVERY SINGLE TIME at this store. And the personnel, though very nice, have a different reason EVERY SINGLE TIME. King Sooper, I honestly am at the point that I don't want to spend one dime of my money at your store - Walmart, Target, Costco, even SAFEWAY does a better job. I feel like your entire business profit model is built on ripping people off on your advertised specials and loss leaders. Ethically as a company, Kroger is TRASH.

Not having bags at self checkout to buy is unacceptable. No one wants to stand in long lines because you’re understaffed and want to micromanage the bags.

They don’t honor store transfer coupons, corporate says it can’t either, they are slower too. If you need your meds, stop in first to get them started, then shop.

Wish I could leave zero stars for how terrible the pharmacy team is. Thomas is rude and the pharmacist herself Erin? Or Karen? She's absolutely awful, rude, and disrespectful every time I pick up my medication. I will be changing pharmacies as this one needs to have a serious facelift.

When CVS didn’t take my new insurance plan, it was becoming an ordeal to get it transferred. Walgreens was never open nights or weekends to go in, and I spent hours waiting on the phone and never got to talk to anyone. I called King Soopers and they picked up on the first ring, texted me within an hour that my prescription was filled, had already verified my insurance before I arrived, and despite it being a Saturday there was virtually no wait in store. The pharmacists I spoke with were kind and efficient. I so appreciated the customer service.
