First off, I've never had a bad experience with the people at the pharmacy. Everyone has always been kind and professional, but the pharmacy's ability to keep certain medications in stock is horrendous. They're consistently out of Adderall XR 20 mg and it takes several days for them or the system to send out a notification that they're out of the prescription. Note that this message comes AFTER a notification that my prescription would be ready at a certain date and time. As a result, I'm forced to call around to various pharmacies and reach out to my PCP to get the prescription switched to a different pharmacy, but by that point, I've already run out of my several-day stock of the prior fill. Something needs to change.

Very friendly and super helpful. For as stressful a job as that can be, everyone always seems to be pretty pleasant.My only complain is that we usually have to wait for the meds to be delivered and that can take a few days.

Full of Bait and Switch pricing. CO needs to ban digital only coupons like several other states have already done if large corporations like King Soopers choose to continue these terrible practices.

I have bought magazines and books at this King Sooper's for the last 10 to 12 years. Now they have gotten rid of all that except magazines in the check out lanes. There are many aisles of alcohol and wine. Alcohol, especially, kills so many people, destroys families and children are hurt.

Nothing but fantastic service from this KS pharmacy. Staff are so professional and they took the time to look at various insurance/non insurance routes that brought my prescription cost from $100 to $20. Even when medicine is out of stock they search for ways to get you what you need.

Simple, in covid times all we hear about is how store workers are mistreated. My experience is the opposite. Store employees being consistently rude and management that is about the most unhelpful and least customer centric around. This is based on years of experiences at this store including most recently when at 1pm in the afternoon I need to return a product but since the customer service counter was closed (until 4) the manager couldn't figure out how to handle a return or exchange. She also cared less that I had just wasted 30 minutes of my day going to her store in the middle of the business day to take care of a simple return. Meahwhile she and 3 other managers standding in the front of the store watching the self check line.

ClickList at this store is run by some of the more incompetent people here in Arvada. Zero sense of urgency, zero cares. Delays more often than not, ridiculously screwed up orders. Have been told to come back an hour or two after my pickup numerous times. The list goes on. You guys are an embarrassment. Get your s*** together.

I'm surprised to see many random negative reviews. I've had a good experience with this store. The King Soopers app is helpful when looking for an odd item, but I find things mostly easy to find. I find Checkout is fast given it is a busy store.

I can’t get anyone to answer the phone. Very frustrating. I had to show up in person to get answers.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. I have been using this pharmacy for many years and see many people taking frustration out on the staff which seems unfair to me. Jackie has always been particularly helpful

Unreliable. They say they will deliver a medication and they don't. They are so nice but they do not do what they say and they don't make it right.
