Everytime I go in they are fast, and friendly.They are honest and reasonable. I won't trust anyone else with my diamonds. I have been going there for a very long time and appreciate the quality of work they do on all my jewelry.

Took my ring in for two new tips on prongs. They just smoothed rough edges and didn’t replace tips. Cost $90. Tried to tell me they replaced all six tips. What a lie! This used to be a trustworthy business. It is no longer trustworthy. Don’t waste your time and money!

I walked in right before closing for a necklace repair. I expected to have to leave the necklace for 4 days or so, as I was told on the phone. When they heard my son needed the necklace the day after, they dropped what they were doing and fixed it on the spot. Dave wilcox was so accommodating and kind. We will definitely be back for our next jewelery purchase. You don't find that type of customer service these days.

My husband and I have been coming to Jewel Fire in Arvada for years. We have had 2 rings designed and built and 2 necklaces. They are gorgeous and high quality. The service at Jewel Fire is top notch. When I had trouble with fastening my necklaces they changed the lobster and ring to help me and now both necklaces are easy to wear. We always leave with beautiful pieces, prettier than we could ever imagine. Thank you all for your creativity and your excellent customer service and for sharing your talent with us all.

I simply brought in some bracelets left by family for appraisal. A 22karat bracelet valued at approx 7k and then a set of Arnold Passman black coral bracelet and earrings valued at approx 7k. Then my wedding bands. She handed me the appraisals and said snarkily, I feel like the Passman items are over valued. Since there were previous appraisals done. It was for insurance purposes. Just give me the appraisals please. Im not sure I'll return all though I'm full of repairs. ?

I Would definitely recommend Jewelfire. I took an antique ring in that was passed down to me to get resized. They did a wonderful job, and very professional. I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I will definitely be back for all my jewelry needs.

I took my 14 ct chain I have worn for over 10 years in to have it fixed. Sonny and his team were exceptionally friendly as well as very professional. They were done later the same day. Thank you Sonny, sorry I should have left a huge tip! I will be back. I recommend this store to all who want personnal but professinal service on repairs. My parents told me when I was young, “with all the chain stores out there, always have a personal jeweler you can trust.” David’s customer service was amazing and their in house expert finished 3 repairs and 2 replacements in under 24 hours! Quick And fast! They fixed my watch with a battery replacement and a missing screw less than 5 minutes. It was reasonable priced for $20. The employee Saudi was phenomenal and friendly.
