Janel knows her hair! I have been getting my haircut by her for 4 years know. I also bring my two clients into her who are developmentally disabled. She always takes her time and makes She is a great stylist and friend.

Janel is professional and friendly. She always listens carefully and gives tips and advice for each haircut or style. I have been going to Janel for 9 years and have never once been disappointed. As a matter of fact, my husband and 2 boys also only get cuts from Janel. She always does a great job on all of us and we all look forward to getting our hair done.

Ok hair style, terrible follow-up service, way over-priced for a tiny little hair shop!! This is not Cherry Creek or anything elaborate. Rude text instead of itemized email receipt, when requested later, as I wanted regular service costs itemized along with product costs. I was not sent an itemized bill until I asked for it when I realized how much she charged me, was told I was receiving larger product sizes when I ordered, so had not questioned overall cost, and was NOT told any pricing prior to the services - just given a total at the end. Would NOT recommend, and have heard similar stories by others who are familiar with Janel. Customer be aware, that's all.
