They always kept me updated on where my car was at in the process. They were very nice every time I spoke with them, answered l my questions I had. Definitely will use them again if needed!! I would recommend them!

They eventually couldn't repair my car and had to take it elsewhere, but up until that point, the process was fine. Took away 1 star because they didn't attach my rear blinker when putting my car back together before returning. Also, took a few months to get the needed parts but that could be a Tesla supply chain issue.

Progressive sent me here for a simple rear end repair. Now my key fobs and tire sensors will not work and I am often stuck locked out of my car and no consistent way to start it. Neither the shop nor Progeasive will take accountability to fix an issue that happened during the repair or from the damage. Now I have to find a shop that has a real mechanic to actually diagnose and fix my car on my dime or wait two months to pay the dealership to fix it.

Wish I could comment on the quality of their work but unfortunately my car was deemed as totaled by my insurance company. Nevertheless, everyone here was very helpful and courteous. It was a pleasure to work with them.

I am so incredibly disappointed in the service provided by CARSTAR Arvada. I took my tesla in to repair the lift gate. This stated in December of last year. Around March the car was finally done. After I got the car back I started to hear a rattle from the trunk area. I started calling CARSTAR in May for a solution. In June they finally called me back. I took the car by and someone looked at the car. The man said the hydrolic arms were probably damaged in the accident and needed to be replaced. He said a supplemental claim would be submitted to my insurance company. By July I had still not received a call back. The woman I spoke to ended up yelling at me on the phone when I called to find out the part had never been ordered. I ended up at the store and found out a bad employee was the problem. Now it's October and my insurance company called CARSTAR and they told her the parts weren't part of the accident. I am so frustrated. I think they just don't want to complete my repair. This has been going on for almost a year and my car is still broken and parts still not properly reinstalled from the original repair. I would never recommend CARSTAR Arvada to anyone. If I could give them a zero star review, I would!

I am 77 and over the years CARSTAR BY FAR THE BEST AUTO REPAIR SHOP I have ever used. Beth and Chris made my experience the BEST I have ever had. From the second I walked in the door to today when I picked my car up.
The continued text messages keeping me informed the entire time. This was wonderful and a first for me.
If there were 10 stars I would be giving them 10 stars.
I will recommend CARSTAR to all family and friends and beyond.
CARSTAR IS GREAT.

I’d give zero stars if I could. After my Tesla had gotten into an accident, I contacted this shop for repairs, since they were a Tesla approved 3rd party shop. I got an estimate from my insurance and sent the estimate, as well as some photos of the damage to this shop. They reviewed the estimate and the photos, and let me know that they would be able to work on my car, and took a $500 deposit from me while they ordered parts. While I was waiting for parts, I contacted this shop once every week or so, to find out the status of the parts. They usually told me they didn't have an estimate, but told me they would give me updates (they never did). Eventually they told me that the parts would arrive in about a week. A week came and went, and when I contacted them again, they said that they “couldn’t log in to the Tesla parts site” and therefore couldn’t see the parts delivery date. They said they’d let me know when they could log in, I thought it was weird but didn’t think much of it. Finally, a few days later, I got an email that they couldn't work on my car, had never even ordered the parts, and they never even approved working on my car. Even though they already took my money AND told me they ordered the parts. TLDR: they took my money, lied to my face, and prevented me from getting my car fixed for a month, in which time I could have fixed and gotten my car back at another shop. Avoid this shop and their shady practices, it’s not worth it. Take your money and time somewhere else.

Worst experience I have ever had at a car shop. Where to even start! First off couldn’t find my parts for my Jeep Renegade! Second the parts were the wrong parts. Third the parts were all broken. I am now going on my 6th part screw up now! Wayyy past my 3rd rule strike. I went to talk to them and ask what’s been going on and they couldn’t even take responsibility for their mess ups. The best I could get was I’m sorry. I asked what can I expect for you to do better next time and not mess up. “We’re taking a photo now” So the second time this happened you didn’t make the effort to fix the mistake. Never take your car there even if insurance refers them. I lost all trust and faith in them.

Having your car in the shop due to an accident is never a pleasant or happy experience but CarStar made my experience very easy and uncomplicated. I was updated constantly as to the status of my repairs and when it was expected to be done. Communication was remarkable and whenever anything changed I was informed of the changes almost immediately. Although the car was not finished when expected it was only delayed due to the unavailability of the part by the car dealer. I was kept updated and I was not inconvenienced at all. I am very happy with the quality of the repairs made to my car and will definitely use their services if I unfortunately need repair services again.

If I could give zero stars then I would. Took our truck over for an estimate in June after a hail storm caused damage. Once we picked up our vehicle our radio was blown and was in perfect working condition when we took it in. We contacted Carstar immediately and unbeknownst to them they denied any activity that would cause issues to the radio. We chalked it up as a coincidence and fixed our radio on our own. We received an email estimate of the cost to repair our vehicle and we were told parts were on back order and they would contact us when they came in a few weeks. There has been absolutely no communication whatsoever from this company. We have reached out numerous times regarding when parts were going to be in. On 8/12 spoke with Sarah who said she apologizes due to staffing they have had issues with people communicating what is going on. She spoke with her parts manager. The roof was set to be released on August 29 and the hood was set to be released on August 28, she was to contact us as soon as they received both of those parts and they were in good condition to proceed. Called again on September 3rd, spoke with another lady who again had to speak with her per “parts manager “ and called us left a voicemail to state they had not ordered parts and to let them know if we wanted to proceed. At this point be adult enough to say that you do not want our business instead of wasting time with bs excuses for four months.

I should have known when I dropped the vehicle off and overheard two employees defaming another who had just left the room that this was not a place worth trusting. After waiting a month for my vehicle to be repainted, they returned it with a broken driver side window. Apparently they don’t inspect your vehicle before putting it back together, now I’ll be without it for longer…poor culture, poor results.
