My son and I recently rented a storage unit from Ariel. She was super friendly and knowledgeable. We weren’t sure what size would work for us she helped us figure that out easily. I would recommend her to help anyone coming in never have rented a storage unit before!!!

Loryn was an amazing employee to deal with. Ariel is very rude. She yelled and swore at me and my friend. This is no way to treat anyone. Who ever taught her customer service she needs to be retrained. We were simply asking her a question. And she flipped out. Very unprofessional. I still love the storage place though. It's affordable locked gates plenty of room. Have had storage unit here for years. Highly recommend it. Hope they find different person. Or bring back Loren!

Ariel was incredibly helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. She listened to my preferences and set me up with exactly what I was looking for. She answered all of my questions without hesitation and I feel very secure in my decision in renting a unit in her care. A great deal from what I've seen so far!!!

Never had a problem with anything here. Extended hours from auto pay worked well for me and my work schedule. Only thing I wasn't fond of is the second floor lifts and stairs but I'm old and get tired easy . LoL ??

Not something I ever thought I'd say about a storage unit place, but it's actually amazing. The staff is friendly, especially Ariel. I actually feel good about leaving my stuff here, it's clean, and well-kept. If only so many other places were run like this place.

Not great, good, or even exceptable customer service. First rule of good customer service, you never know what type of day they have had, so make this part of their day great. Wonder why someone with such "great" people skills decided not to use any of her so-called expertise in a situation that just kept escalating.If I had read reviews before incident, I would swear it was not the same person. When a client is upset with something, I work to make it a positive experience for them and hopefully resolve the situation.We call it de-escalating. Never use a raised voice and always remain calm. And never threaten a customer!!!!

This place is just ok. The hours of availability suck unless you do auto draft payments. The people in the office are rarely there. Always have to make multiple trips to catch anyone in person. Pretty inconvenient.

At least once to my knowledge my stuff in my storage unit was moved around. No claim to fame with supposedly all the security available. Must’ve been an inside job somehow, someway. I just know I didn’t leave it disheveled yet when I went back a while later stuff was moved around. And yes it was double padlocked. I know I’m not the only one I that has a problem with open hours 9am to 6pm, when I work a job from 8am to 4pm, 7 days a week & I/you might not get there in time because of traffic or something else hindering your arrival before 6pm. Ariel is good. But the hours of access for tenants needs to change some how, some way. Maybe an after hour appointment option, if not an hour/time change. Thanks.

This place is the best! No crotchety "I hate life" people here, like you usually see working storage facilities. Ariel was fantastic. Covered everything efficiently and was super nice. Affordable rates and outstanding service. Highly recommend.
