Lots of obviously fake 5 star reviews. Absolutely avoid this H & R location. They charged my elderly relative entire $300 refund for preparing the simplest possible return that probably took them 10 minutes to complete. Apparently credit card info was stolen as well because bogus charges occurred immediately afterward.

I will definitely NEVER use this company to file taxes again. They did not upload my taxes into the application so I asked for an email and they will not email it so instead; I had to make an appointment and they charged me just to get a copy of taxes that they didn’t provide. This is ridiculous
