We recently had our phone system crash and simultaneously brought HCWT on as our partner of record. There was a part needed and we were provided with a temporary system to keep us up and running until the part arrived. Great service!!

We've worked with High Country for years and they are fantastic. They installed our fully integrated Voice of IP system and they helped convert initially. They have since upgraded our system several times with new servers and are very responsive to continued assistance. Thank you High County!

First scheduled appointment the tech was a no show, says he was really busy and forgot. Second scheduled appointment that same tech was 2.5 hours late, and I had to call three times to determine why. If you want bad service this company is for you.
