“We bought a bathtub and the remodel took longer than expected. When it was time to install the tub we realized that is was the wrong handed. It was over a year old. We returned it to the store and the store manager went above and beyond. We got a store credit which was more than we paid (the price went up over the year). Couldn't be happier with the customer service we received. Even the customer service representative was helpful and did everything they could to try to return it before calling the store manager.”

He patiently explained all the options, helped me apply for a Lowes card so I could get a discount and even delivered the door for me on his lunch hour since it wouldn’t fit in my car. They are always willing to assist when I'm trying to piece together a project, and they are all very knowledgeable with both the store and their product. It's my first stop whenever I need hardware or specialized repair items.”
