I'm so happy with my experience at Griffin Automotive! Bob Sr went out of his way to keep me posted on a 4runner I really wanted that got delayed in winter storms for almost a month! He called me as soon as it got in, gave me a greeeeeat price on my truck and then helped me sort out my out of state tags! It was honestly the easiest and best car buying experience I've ever had. Its been about 8 months now. I've had no issues with my vehicle and have already called Bob back twice to buy a truck for my mom.

Great father and son sellers. Got to test drive the cars I was interested in with no pressure. Would have bought a car if they had the right one but would buy from them if I were to find one they had in my interest thanks guys.

The car I bought broke down the day I bought it. No restitution was given. Read the response below from Griffin Automotive and then decide who is telling the truth and who is the pathological liar. I sincerely wish you the best in finding an honest dealer to buy your new car.

My father bought a nice looking Subaru from Here about three weeks ago it’s been driving like a champ we took it too a Subaru dealership too get it examined out only problem was a minor fix a small emission leak Other then that the mechanic said he thinks we have a real nice car.
If you’re in the market in search of a certified reliable vehicle I recommend doing business here Bob is a professional Very down to earth Guy.

Bob Sr. And Jr are great guys. Went in looking for a new vehicle and gained a new experience in car buying. The vehicle is solid and in great shape they have nothing to hide. These guys were both very informative, helpful and knowledgeable. They hand washed the vehicle for me before we left the lot. They may be a smaller dealership but I can tell these guys have big hearts and are passionate about their work. Thanks again fellas! ????

We went to this dealership to purchase a 2000 Mazda Protegè. We noticed the check engine light was on. We had our mechanic travel to scan the codes and check out the vehicle. He had pointed out the three things which need to be repaired. When I communicated what the scanner read for the repairs, the father who sells for Griffin Auto screamed at us for calmly stating our needs: please fix what our mechanic has pointed out to be flawed to get the check engine light to shut off and we will consider continuing with the deal. They charged us $1200 over the price banks, creditors, and Kelly Blue book stated the car was worth. My partner was yelled at on the phone while explaining why several creditors would not loan the money (because they were charging far more than it was worth). When we showed up to pay for the vehicle, everybody suddenly became all kind and friendly. They told us to show up tomorrow to pick up the title. The day of the sale, I drove 3 miles before the check engine light came on again. When we ran the codes, the SAME issues were still presenting. We called the next day to pick up the title, and were told it would be ready Monday. When we called Monday, we were told the title was mailed. The title arrived in the mail almost two weeks later. Although Griffin Auto did offer to repair to get the check engine light to shut off, we chose to have our mechanic do the work to get the check engine light to turn off.

They wouldn't post pics of the vehicle we were interested in. I asked about body and paint condition, and how does it run a few times and no answer, they just said come in and test drive it. They s***** you into coming down. Once you are there they high pressure you into that particular vehicle or something else they have. Very disappointing. Look at KBB, Edmonds and NADA and you can see they tack on a good 40% to 50% over market value.

Was looking at a 2004 honda crv. Was ready to buy. Found a receipt from only days prior in glovebox from fisher honda stating it needed to replace cam shaft (quote 2400 in work) so i called fisher and they said The work had not been done. When i mentioned it I was told multiple times at griffin automotive that fisher honda had done the work and not to worry. I explained i had just spoken to fisher. They said they would call fisher later and let me know. They never got back to me which most places selling a car would since i was ready to buy... I wouldn't trust them. Posted this so that anyone looking at the honda crv 2004 knows to check the camshaft before buying. I have a copy if the receipt from fisher.
