Nadine is unmatched. She is the only person I trust to cut my kids (3 yo’s hair) and I’ve been ALL around Arvada and have paid 2x for garbage cuts. Nadine is awesome!

Wait time was less than 5 minutes, my stylist was very friendly and polite. She confirmed what I wanted and how high she should do my fade. I really appreciated this because last time the barber messed up up by going too high even though he confirmed I wanted a medium fade. I was very happy with my haircut.

After receiving my haircut I notice my debit card is not in my wallet when she goes to ring me up .. embarrassed at what I say it may be in my truck I'm going to go look real quick I searched everywhere no card. So I go back inside because I want to pay my bill. panicking at this point because of one I owe money for the haircut I just and have no idea where my card is . I asked if we could just enter my card information manually I have it right here on my banking app after a few unsuccessful attempts we finally figured it out and got it paid I wish I would have tipped her a little more for all the inconvenience I caused her . I wish I would have got her nane but she had short hair is colored pink she was really nice thank you for the help..

I went to great clips for a pixie haircut and Heather messed my hair up. She scalped above my left ear. I believe she thought since I am a senior I would not notice it. I did. I called back to see if Nadine could correct it and she was very rude to me, wouldn't let me talk. Worst $ 22.00 plus. $5.00 tip...give me a break. Respect your seniors.. we're human too with feelings.

1/16/24, Everyone was so nice but the hair cuts on my 3 grandchildren were horrible and uneven. Wondering if the ladies had any training at all. The children were great as they sat for the haircut. The ladies who cut their hair seemed in a rush for more and more people started to show up right after us. I mean hair grows back right. But my grandchildren are at an age where appearance is important to them and have to deal with ridicule at school. I'm very disappointed and won't be coming back.
