I went in today asking for side swept bangs and to clean up my longer layers. I did not get side swept bangs I got a hack job on them. I came home I had to cut my own bangs to the shortest part. I usually go to great clips, but I will not be going back to this one. I should have definitely listened to the other reviews.

I asked for long layers in the back and face framing layers in front. The back layers were uneven and I didn't get enough layers in the front so I went back a couple weeks later. I told a different stylist that I wanted it fixed and she not only charged me again, SHE MADE THE BACK WORSE! It is so choppy and uneven that I could cry. My husband also got a cut from the man that works there and it looked terrible- he didn't do what my husband asked for at all. We will never be back.

I liked this place, the staff were nice and did a good job on my hair. I usually don’t ask for any specific hair style. Overall it was good and reasonably priced hair cut.

I asked for a #1 fade and a flattop, but the stylist told me my hair would look better laying down. As it is summer, I wanted it short, so I told her I wanted it short and to continue with the flattop. She continued chopping my hair with the scissors, cutting it how she wanted, and then told me she was finished. I said it was too long, not flat, and I wanted a fade on the sides. I even showed her a picture of my last haircut. She responded "wow that's square." After she chopped some more, she wet my hair, then blow dried it, burning me in the process. She then tried to use the blow dryer to get the hair off my face, burning me again. She didn't apologize but instead told me I needed a shower because I had so much hair on my face. After she shaved up the back of my neck, she used the blowdryer again and lifted my shirt collar, blowing the hair down the back of my shirt. I was not happy with my cut but was told the manager was not in. At that point, I just wanted to leave. She still asked me for a tip as I paid.
What I got was not a flattop or a fade. I won't go back!
