Prices are terrible, they've gone up in price. I've gone here multiple times in the past year and these past 6 months have been the worst. See pics, I purchased a pair of Paw Patrol skates, new with knee pads for $5.99 the original price was $5.00. These were donated and they upped the price by $1. There were other items as well priced above the original sticker for $3-$5 more. Of course I bought them because screaming toddler obsessed with Paw Patrol.
Shirts marked at $6-$8 with holes. Walmart is less expensive and new. This place has gone down hill along with the permanent closure of fitting rooms. I wouldn't recommend don't waste your time.
If you plan on donating do it to a non profit, Precious Child, a Church, Jeffco Action Center.

Thrift store greed! Prices have tripled since last year they have broken plastic outdoor storage containers that still have the free sign on them for 14.99 all the electronics are priced higher then anywhere you could buy them second hand online. Clothing is ridiculously priced Ross and sierra trading post have brand new clothing at more affordable prices. Shame because this used to be a great store.

More like “Badwill” DO NOT RECOMMEND! Never know what they are taking or how much. Seem to change as the wind blows and especially inconvenient to haul items and to be met with inexplainable reasons why they aren’t taking certain items today… and they aren’t even on not on their DO NOT TAKE list.
Today was met w two receiving workers who didn’t acknowledge my presence to the point where I had to ask , “Do you want me to just set items on the ground?” as they finished their conversation, then to be told they weren’t taking two of the items I set down. I’ve been told before multiple times they are only taking one bag or box of items too and then called the manager on duty to find out that was not the case.
If this is your only option I would call beforehand with your items you plan to drop so you aren’t wasting your time OR
I would take things to ARC . They are always kind, and receive multiple items.
This locations owner needs to find better management and a better process.

Cashier was younger and rude. refused to take my $50 because it “looked fake”. It was a $50 bill from 1993. Never held it to the light or used the pen to check it. I explained to him that both methods would work and was only met with “I don’t trust you”. Other cashier working just sat there and watched, not doing anything.

Staff is nice but $8 for a blank white t-shirt that is not even vintage is wild. You can get brand new ones for $4. Prices here are extremely high not only for clothing but everything. I get they are trying to deter resellers but at this point they are putting retail prices on everything. No wonder everything is over stocked in the store. You can barely move in the clothing racks.

They aren't honest about when they will accept furniture. They told me to come back at 9am the next day to drop off furniture and then refused it when I came. This is a recurring problem. Donate your furniture to ARC.

It’s actually a really nice and clean Goodwill. Better than most and really organized - BUT the dressing rooms are still closed (Jan 2024) which makes it not worth shopping at. Especially because you only get store credit for returns. I don’t want to buy a blouse that might not fit, just to exchange it for another blouse that might not fit.So I’d avoid if you’re going for clothes. Not worth the hassle. The shoes and knick knacks are great tho.

Been checking out thrifting spots in the area and this is by far my favorite. It's clean, organized and priced right. Looking forward to finding more treasures here!

Great and kind employees but the new return policy with the NO DRESSING ROOMS now is abysmal. YOU ONLY GET STORE CREDIT. NO CASH/CREDIT CARD. It was suggested to me that I could buy the clothes, try them on at home, and then return them if they don’t fit. I was also told the wrong return window, which they allowed me to return but it seems everyone is confused still. While it doesn’t expire, it’s unfair all of this is in the tiny font on an automatic door and not told to you directly in person or large easily readable print by the register. I also got store credit for a pair of jeans that was broken when I purchased. This new policy is awful and once I use this credit I am never shopping with Goodwill again. Great employees, terrible company.

I really like how this Goodwill store is organized. They have everything organized by size and then color-coded as well. They have a large variety of different clothing items such as dresses, blouses, workout attire, dress, pants, skirts, tank tops, T-shirts, etc. They also have a large selection of dishware and kitchen items. Their book selection is small which is a little bit disappointing children's books are $.99 most other books are $2.99. We used to shop at this store a lot more, however, the past couple of years they have not had their dressing rooms open. I understand not having them open during Covid as nobody had their dressing rooms open during that time, but there is no reason why they cannot have their dressing rooms open now. I had a large selection of items to try on in my hand but since the dressing rooms were closed, I put most of them back. I am not willing to buy clothes, drive all the way home, try them on, realize that they do not fit, and then have to drive all the way back to return them and get a refund. I would rather shop at a different thrift store and be able to try clothes on than shop here. It's too bad because they have a nice selection of clothing.

Please open the fitting rooms. Most of what you sell is clothes.

Always find great quality kids clothes, toys, candles, etc here! Excellent customer service, very friendly! I returned many items with tags on and receipt within 7-10 days of purchase for in-store credit, very simple!
