I had an estimate on repairs under warranty. Let's just say they were less than helpful. I just can't believe they actually are staying in business with treating people the way that they did with me. No follow through no communication with the warranty company asking me to do their job for them, ridiculous.. The person that took pictures Chris she knew why I was there. Originally for an issue with my back door and I had the tape on the windows of the car that are cracked and wanted to get that replaced. She focused on that and sent in pictures of the door and nothing else about the door which was the reason I came there in the first place. Now in her response to my review they wouldn't be working on the door, why not say that from the beginning? For sure don't trust her/them!!!! Get a second opinion.
Oh and BTW I did reach out to my warranty company where do you think the claim# came from? I did my part!

Ever had a body shop give back your car with a crooked bumper and no battery hold down? I have.
After weeks of back and forth regarding quality and price of work performed, a credit was issued for work the shop was unable to complete in a satisfactory (Straight/flat/true) manner.
Weeks later, I'm working on the car and have found 15 loose bolts and 3 completely missing from areas worked on in these recent repairs.
Run, do not walk away from this shop. This is dangerous.

I was desperate to have my car fixed since all the other body shops had a wait. I regret ever taking my car for repairs here. I’ve taken my car there multiple times to get it fixed for work they’ve done. Now the paint on the front bumper is peeling and they didn't prep/paint the car right. If you love your car don’t take it here workmanship is not any good and either the prep guy or the painter here sucks. They scratched up my car while removing parts and broke trim pieces they did not even replace.
The keyless entry button was not working when I first picked up my car. I was notified they would replace the part since the guy that did the R&I broke the wiring and they did not add it to the estimate since it was their fault. I was later told the old man who worked on my car was fired cause he also missed a bunch of other damage.
The part only came with a whole new door handle assembly and will need to be painted. I picked up my car after it was done, a few weeks went by and I noticed the paint on the door handle was peeling. I did NOT feel like leaving my car there after dropping it off so many times for issues in the repair. I finally went back before it started to peel even more. I was told the estimator who I dealt with did not work there anymore. One of the lady co-owners told me it looked like someone hit my door which doesn't make sense cause I know my car and I could tell from prior experience working at a body shop that the door handle wasn't prepped and painted right.
I was able to get my door handle painted again but I could tell they only masked the car handle off cause there was overspray in the button and tons of dirt in the paint. Which I find ridiculous because when I was about to give up and I asked her how much to respray my door handle was she said they would need to remove my door handle and that included disassembling my door so it could be painted properly.
That just one of the issues I had with them. There were also other fitment issues which got blamed to the parts being aftermarket. I get they try to keep the price down and OEM parts are pricier but why not just opt for a recycled part instead of having me drive down here multiple times.
I used to work at a body shop in the area so just take your car somewhere else. There's Complete Auto Body, Ozzy's, Collision Pros, and to be honest I think Maaco would even do a better a job.
Some context for the pictures. The driver side door handle that now has a bad paint job and is currently peeling again. The Ford badge that fell off at the car wash while I was pre soaking the car (the water stream didn't even hit the badge directly which tells me it was just slapped on). The bumper which is misaligned the bumper is OEM (got blamed on the fact it is an after market fender). The grind marks on the edge of the door not to mention the burn spot where the clear coat was blended into. The half a** install of the interior door handle trim piece. The crack in the door panel which probably broke when they either removed it or put it back on (they refused to do anything about it and blamed me for it). The grind marks that were hidden by the fender until washed off the dirt and grime from there.
Unfortunately, I do not have pictures for the faulty repair that was done on the rail of the car. I plan on removing the parts here soon to see what else was missed or done improperly and will post new photos.

I took my 2020 Audi SQ5 to this preferred shop recommended by my warranty company. However, the moment I got my car back, I had to return it within 5 minutes after seeing multiple alignment issues. Not once, but more than three times. I had to drive 50 minutes four times because they couldn’t fix it the first time. The very last time I took it to them, they started blaming me, saying I hit someone.
The same day I got the car back, there were alignment issues with the front bumper and fenders. There were also paint issues, but I didn’t say anything because I really just wanted my bumper fixed correctly. The cost of repair was $7,096. The customer service is ridiculous, and they’ll use every excuse to blame you and not take accountability for their work. They said things like “robots build these cars nowadays” and “the money went to parts only,” among numerous other ridiculous statements. They expected me to believe them and go about life, but my car didn’t have these issues before they did any work. I would avoid this body shop. If you are nice and patient, they’ll take advantage of you. I had to wait two months for my car the first time. 100% I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

My car was involved in a minor accident, when a F-250 backed into my parked car. They did an exceptional job at getting my car in the shop and working on it, looks beautiful again. I highly recommend.

Shannon provided great advice and support and made it possible for me to store my smashed vehicle quickly so I could get into a rental while awaiting the insurance adjuster. I would feel very comfortable taking a vehicle here for repairs (my car was totalled).

I was being harangued by Allstate to get my car fixed so they could close out their claim. I had visited Allstate’s preferred auto body shop, Caliber Collision, and guess what? THEY GHOSTED ME. Not a peep from Allstate’s preferred vendor in 12 months, good-bye Allstate's preferred vendor! So in the search of a local shop… locally owned locally run I stumbled on this little Gem! Family Auto Collision who didn’t forget about me called a number of times to follow up with an appointment in Oct when I was going to be on vacation. They made it easy and handled everything for me. Even when Allstate made them out to be bad guys and they would take advantage of me.They took my deductible and gave me back a beautifully repaired car. Thanks again Family Auto Collision for making it easy for me, following through with what you said to me.Take these guys over the big corporate collision repair business. They still care about their customers.

Called and set an appointment. When I arrived, the office was closed and no one answering the phone. I left a message and no return call. Waste of time.
